We loved this place. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and the grounds are impeccable. The staff is courteous and accommodating. My wife and i were the only ones there (Tuesday) but the breakfast service still four course! We will be staying here at every trip to San Antonio.

This is my first stay at a B&B and O'Casey's has set my standards high. I can't believe I never considered a B&B before. We stayed in the 2 bedroom Kerry Suite. Suite is very spacious and my 15 year old loved that he had his own space. He kind of wished that the secondary bedroom had its own TV,...

This is an absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast that I cannot recommend highly enough. Situated in a great area of the city and in a charming house, you really get more of a glimpse into regular San Antonio life here; much more so than if you stay at any of the big hotel chains downtown anyway. The breakfast was DELICIOUS...

I enjoyed my overnight in this charming B & B located in the Monte Vista neighborhood. It's an old house with the usual creaky floors and stubborn windows, but the staff is friendly and wonderfully accommodating--the owner offered me a ride to my nearby conference since it was pouring rain! That's why you stay in a B & B rather...

What a treasure! My wife and I stayed one night and wished we had made it our whole stay in Sna Antonio. We were greeted by Hannah who made us at home instantly. We stayed in the Dublin Room which was warm and cozy. After settling in, we sat under the gazebo and relaxed in the quietness of the neighborhood....

My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying in the Barnley Loft. The bathroom is small but the room was a nice size enough room to do a quick workout. There is a cute desk upon walking in and to the right is the queen size bed. This room is on the second floor located behind the main house. (The stairs are...

We stayed for 9 nights and had a most relaxing and comfortable stay. I found them on the internet. Close to the airport and downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfasts were delicious and many had a southwest flair that were prepared by Cherith, who happens to be a trained chef. The two gals that run the B&B were...

I've stayed at O'Casey's numerous times while in San Antonio for business, and will continue to do so. O'Casey's is located in a historic district that is safe and well-kept. The house is fully restored, elegant, and spotless, and the staff are cheerful, friendly, and care about every detail. I spend exactly what I would for a sterile, soul-less night...

My husband & I as well as another couple spent 3 nights in the carriage house rooms. The hosts were very welcoming, kind and wonderful! They quickly helped with anything we needed. We appreciated the daily maid service and the fresh towels each day. The house is old, but charming. Our rooms in the carriage house were quiet. It was...

This is a lovely cosy place to stay. I stayed here a couple of weeks ago with two friends for two nights. The house is on a lovely quiet street just outside of the city centre (5 min on the bus). We stayed in the Dublin suite which was very comfortable and nicely decorated, and we each had a bed...

“The front rooms with the balcony are worth the additional cost for the space. The stairs are steep, no elevator so pack a light bag!”

“If you book either the Kerry Suite or the Kilkenny Suite you have access to the wonderful balcony sitting area.”
 of 5 bubbles Barbara111148, 5 May 2015 | Read review
“The rooms with access to the front balcony are nice, but beware that it's shared with another room and the balcony may be noisy if you don't have both rooms booked. The kerry suite was nice because the access to the balcony wasn't in the extra room with the twin beds (where we had children sleeping). In the Kilkenny suite, the access is in the extra room with the twin beds, so we didn't want to use it for fear of waking our kids. Plus the extra room in the Kilkenny with the twin beds had a window into the main stairwell, that my kids would wake up if anyone turned on the stairwell light at night or tried to go up the stairs. If you have kids, I would choose the londonderry suite because it's extra room is ideal for kids, more so than the other suites. And, it's a quieter room since it's on the backside of the hotel.”
