This charming resort feels like a retreat in the country yet less than 15 minutes from the city center. The staff are highly trained and tenured and incredibly attentive. The newly renovated rooms are comfortable and functional. This was money well spent- I would like to return in the summertime!
My husband and I stayed here with our 3 and 5 year olds. The property is beyond family friendly! So many different things to do that we never had a full moment! The resort is also super close to Sea World which was beneficial when we went one morning during our trip. The food, customer service, and atmosphere can’t be beat!
This is a nice place with good staff. BUT, they are under construction and you are going to walk past and listen to construction noises your whole stay. The note on the webpage about construction is easy to miss. Rather than shutting down one wing at a time for work, there is work going on in all parts of the hotel.
The staff was as cordial and polite as any I have seen in the last 2.5 years. Food service was over the top for a group of 200. Rooms were clean and made up each day, very crisp. Just a wonderful experience!
Huge resort with lots of choices. The bicycles worked well. The spa was great. No problems. It was very empty - almost eerie at times when we were the only two people in the whole lazy river and pool area on a beautiful afternoon.
Staff is great... even under construction, the place is immaculate. The food at Antler's was particularly incredible. We had several different types of exotic meats and great wine. We are looking forward to coming back.
Exceptional quality accommodations, food service, and staff. The venue makes you feel far from the big city. First pet friendly hotel we've visited with our 30 lb Golden Doodle. Effortless. Enjoyable.
Awful check in experience, understaff and current staff not properly trained, New Years Dinner a mess, place ran out of desert midway, Resort self-service, worst part was the rotten apples from the hotel store, left a bad taste, now when I think about the Resort I get that rotten apple image back in my head. Thanks but No Thanks.
We love visiting this resort because the kids always have something to do. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoy riding the bikes around the property and playing on the tennis/basketball courts. We did get a newly renovated room and we appreciated the upgrade from doubles to queen beds. Overall the rooms look great, but I noticed some sloppy workmanship around the baseboards - which will hopefully be cleaned up. Also, the shower pressure was great, but the shower head was pretty low. This is our go-to spot for a relaxing family get-away and I love the improvements they are making with the rooms.
I’d use resort pass for amenities only until they finish room renovations in spring of 2023. Renovated rooms are not ready for occupancy yet . We were missing a main lamp so room was too dark ( they brought lamp in from storage ), rooms are needing many touch ups and rugs are not there yet with uneven LVT flooring . Front desk staff need training. I had to prompt them what to do . Our check in was super delayed ( way after 4pm due to a squatter ) but they comped us nicely . Water park was super clean and lovely . I would use resort pass next time . Not worth your money to stay overnight until they finish renovations .
