Great stay at a super clean hotel and staff was amazing. Also the fact they have Ev Chargers just makes it even better . This is one of my favorite Hyatt hotels . And you have the river walk just outside makes it great. Great drink and food.
We found the room to be more than we expected, the food to be exceptional, the service to be truly commendable and the total experience to be a real pleasure! We would easily recommend this Hyatt to anyone traveling to the San Antonio River Walk area!
Attended our NSM, weather was unusually horrific. No worries, hotel was completely self sufficient. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice & plenty of space to work or just hang out. View of the Alamo and the river walk.
My stay was ok. Property was in a great location. Staff was nice and I was greeted right away. Right on Riverwalk. Negatives Pillows sucked You are solicited as soon as you walk in Valet sucks and is very expensive. Took over 30 mins to get car No balconies to see Riverwalk. View was limited
This place is amazing! I'm not even a 'city person' but I could have stayed even longer just for pleasure... it was so beautiful and there were so many things to do. I wanted to check out the pool on the top floor, but never got the chance. The only thing that I found odd was that the spa never really appeared to be open. I might have been, but it didn't look it. Other than that, everything was great!
Beautiful hotel on the Riverwalk. Valet parking, easy and fast check in, excellent bar and restaurant, room was clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay again when visiting San Antonio!
I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency SA Riverwalk. Staff and personnel were very cordial and helpful. Room and hotel amenities were in excellent condition. The hotel was also very accessible to nearby restaurants and the Riverwalk.
I had the people who took my baggage to my room take the cart to the back of a room and went thru my stuff and left the bags opened then requested for a quite room and was placed with all the loud people and they literally put all Hispanic in the first floor didn't see a single white person on the first floor
We had a wonderful stay right on the river walk and walking distance to the Alamo. The staff accommodated a late check out and helped us with bell service. DJ and Jorge were helpful in loading all our bags into the Uber. Even looked up the weather for my mom!
Great location! Next to river walk and all the fun that brings. Staff was great, check in was easy… Be careful though, drunk college students make for a very loud night. Walls are paper thin so you can hear every single noise/conversation. Not to mention, your room could be on the inside which means you can hear the lobby if one of those drunk kids start yelling at 3am. The hotel was great but those drunkies made it difficult to sleep between 2a-5a… Staff did what they could to help the noise and made it right the next morning.
