We had eaten at Terra for Valentine's Day weekend and loved it; but most recently attended the Ruinard Champagne brunch on the Terrace Sunday and devoured a myriad of amazing flavors from Chef Cooper and his crew: braised lamb shank, green chile and goat cheese polenta, paella, individual frittatas were just a few of the highlights. We also got to...

We had not been to Rancho Encantado for many years due to their reconstruction and new management. Decided to have dinner there while in Santa Fe for the wine and chili festival mid September. Andrew Cooper, their exec chef is just amazing. His creations and presentations of all courses were just wonderful. I went nuts over his smoked mashed potatoes....

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during a cross-country driving trip. The property is lovely, but what we enjoyed most was the friendly service. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly, and the bar service was terrific! Marco was so great that we ate dinner at the bar both nights. We could see that others felt...

Last year we got married there and were gifted with a two day free stay. Just got back from a 4 day stay there. The front desk made us jump through a few hoops to honor the 2 free nights without dumping us down to a "non-view" casita, or as the front desk said " Business Class" Suite. We booked...

We recently spent four nights at Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. This is a unique property hidden in the hills, about fifteen minutes out of town.
