Hotel was clean and most of the staff was friendly.. but the restaurant was so mixed up.. they messed up most of the orders .. we had breakfast there 4 days .. not one day was our orders right.. today my messed up plate came with already use butter pat in foil wrap.. charged for everything extra and you left something out they still charge the full amount.. the staff would never make it in a real restaurant ☹️⭐️⭐️

Online photos always look good but in this case the reality was even better! Our suite was large and pleasantly furnished, the staff was super friendly, and the location was awesome for walking to shops, restaurants, historic sites and Santa Fe Plaza.

The hotel is over rated. There is no housekeeping and the rooms have accessories for comfort removed due to COVID. A daily resort fee of $12 is charged. Isn’t that what the price of a room covers? Other hotels don’t charge you to use the pool, WiFi and exercise room. Seems greedy. And, no reduction in cost for the lack of housekeeping or other amenities due to Covid. Management should rethink customer service and appreciation.

Rooms are well appointed, we had a small suite with a microwave and refrigerator. The shuttle service is great, you can avoid parking downtown, get a prompt pick up and drop off. There was no charge to park at the hotel, so we left our car and used the shuttle! Amaya restaurant had good food, and with the open glass sliders...it becomes outdoor dining! Much safer in these times. If you have children, make a dining reservation for the teepee. Tea and Coffee was out on our floor each morning, and it was very good/strong coffee.

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it is nice looking and it has a good shuttle service anywhere you want to go in the area. The room was pretty basic and not exceptionally clean. Breakfast is not included and there is no valet parking. Coffee is hit or miss as to when it will be available in the AM and the front desk personnel are not very accommodating. When asked if there is help for our luggage, the front desk person pointed to the cart. The mask wearing was hit or miss. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food and service were good. We were in hotels for three weeks during this trip and this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in. It was definitely not worth the money.
