In Santa Fe for a business meeting, we had the pleasure of staying at the Hacienda at the Hotel Santa Fe. This facility is as elegant and gracious as any I have enjoyed. Pete and the butler staff were very helpful. While the walk to the Plaza is about a mile, after finishing a wonderful meal in town we simply...

We loved our stay at The Hacienda and were completely spoiled by Jess and the butler staff there. Every night we went up to the Lounge and sat on the patio to enjoy the free beer and wine, cheese and crackers. The butlers cater to your every need, keep your glasses filled, and give great concierge advice. The Hacienda was...

The hotel Santa Fe itself is not quite a four or five star hotel, but very pleasant and convenient walking distance from most of the sights and downtown. I understand the more exclusive Hacienda and Spa attached to the hotel is very, very nice, but it is somewhat confusing when you book where you are actually booking! The Amaya restaurant...

July 4, 2014, I stayed here with my husband for one night and really enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service is great for getting around town. The pool and hot tub were very clean and relaxing. Bottled water is available from the bar or front desk anytime –...

When we walked in, there was a conference occurring, and it was a bit overwhelming with people walking around, my thought was that we were going to be lost in the crowd. I couldn't have been more wrong. The front desk was AMAZING, I think Karen was her name (I hope it was because she was SOO great), but she...

Thank you in return for such an “amazing” review and your kind and gracious compliments are so greatly appreciated and encouraging. We do not have a Karen at the Front Desk, so it must have been Victoria or Alyssa or Antoinette or Frances?! But hopefully they all equally care for our guests such as yourselves! thu xonn chiimen iy a...

We decided to visit Santa Fe for the forth of July-- this hotel was a great find! It's about 3/4 mile from the plaza, but a great walk and we got to see more shops and gallaries I hadn't seen before. The atmosphere of the hotel was great-- beautiful art and statues-- around happy hour there was some native American...

This was our second stay at Hotel Santa Fe on our way to Durango Colorado. After this visit, we have decided to make Hotel Santa Fe our Destination in the fall. We have stayed at HSF on at least 8 occasions. We usually go to Santa Fe at for the Las Posadas festival in mid-December. It always has a festive ambiance, excellent service, and wonderful food. We usually do not eat in the hotel simply because there are so many excellent restaurants in Santa Fe. However, when we have eaten there,...
