What a fun and delightful place beginning with our check in with Leonard, meeting our butler,Lopo and breakfast dining in both areas, All the waitresses were warm and helpful. The rooms are spacious in the Hacienda. Ours on the fifth floor had a sitting room, fireplace, balcony, ample bedroom and huge bathroom. The purple London taxis are a boon and just...

We stayed here for two nights at the Hacienda and Spa. Our room was beautiful and included our own butler. There were drivers to take you to your favourite restaurant. Happy hour and a wonderful continental breakfast are offered on the 6th floor. The restaurant in the hotel offers nightly entertainment and has a great menu. We would highly recommend...

Two couples wanting a three day stay in Old Santa Fe. What an unexpected pleasure was this hotel. Wonderful accommodating staff in a lovely setting. From the van to and from the Plaza area, to the open air breakfast room, to the lovely suite, to the great pool and Margaritas. All in all, highly recommended and will return as soon...

I could literally write a book on the amazing time my husband and I experienced during our stay at the Hotel Santa Fe, The Hacienda and Spa. It is pricey but for the quality of service, amount of amenities and level of attention to detail it is well worth the cost. The location is absolutely perfect. I wore cute booties...

Husband and I had just one night in Santa Fe and spent it at the Hacienda in a lovely suite. After check-in we scheduled a couples massage at the Spa which was lovely. We enjoyed a complementary cocktail hour on the upstairs deck and then had dinner at the lobby restaurant (a little expensive but a decent meal). Again a...

We stayed in the Hacienda for 4 nights in late September. We liked that this is the only Native American run hotel in Santa Fe. The Native American art work throughout the hotel was wonderful--walking along the hotel hallway to our room was always a joy as we enjoyed the paintings, kachinas and other artwork all along the hallway! I am delighted to learn that you overall enjoyed your stay and do acknowledge your comment on the Resort Fee. The competition in town has similar charges, whether it be resort, parking, WiFi, etc., and charging for phone calls and bottled water. I fear adding this fee to our room rate would not make us competitive unless our competitors did...

We stayed four nights for a reduced rate since our military reunion was held there. Excellent hosts and excellent mini suite rooms, with living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The bedroom closes off, so we were able to watch the two TV's without bothering each other. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pool, and the weather was nice enough...

The photos make it look more boutique than it actually is. The Indian sayings left in the rooms and the spa menu make it different and the fact it's not a hotel chain is a plus, but at the end of the day it gave off a holiday inn like vibe to me. The room we stayed in had plenty...

We had a nice stay at Hotel Santa Fe this past week. We stayed here about twelve years ago and remembered it well, so we booked it again. It was wonderful again. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the welcoming staff, the comfy, quiet hacienda rooms--complete with (gas) fireplace--and the breakfast (included). We were also grateful for the hotel's free shuttle bus and London-style taxis whose excellent drivers acted as tour guides as needed. The Hacienda is located in a separate building on the same property. You would need to request a room in the Hacienda and it would be more expensive. If you are staying in the Hacienda there is a free complimentary breakfast. You also get a $10 per person breakfast allowance if you want to eat in the hotel restaurant.

We stayed in a room with a king size bed, and it did not have a refrigerator. And I don't think it was labeled as a Jr. Suite. Can't remember about the breakfast as we headed out to eat with friends.
