The rooms were nice and big, The decor was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating , especially Mico . They did a great job accommodating to my handicap mom and grandma making it easy for us. There was a piano player that was amazing.

We chose this property for its location to downtown Santa Fe which was perfect. Near everything. We had a suite with a courtyard and covered inside patio. Very large room and bathroom. The place is a bit run down and needs some upgrading but that did add to the charm. They charge a $30 resort fee which I have paid before at resorts that have more amenities such as a golf course, gym, pool. This hotel has none of those so not sure why the need to charge the fee. We had 2 issues with our room which the staff took care of immediately. The staff was very accommodating. The included breakfast was very sparse, coffee, tea, fruit, wrapped muffins. I would think for an extra fee it would include a more substantial breakfast. They have a restaurant which I would not call it much of a restaurant. We asked if we could pay extra and get eggs/toast and were told by the kitchen attendant they did not have enough staff, even tho she was just hanging out. We didn't understand why she could whip up some eggs when the grill was right there. Two mornings we went out to a breakfast place which was a bit annoying because we expected a place that charges a full nightly change and additional "resort fee" could have had a better breakfast to offer. It was a nice experience but would not stay here again. Too pricey for what we got. And we went off season.

Our rooms were very nice albeit the bathrooms were quite small. Try to see Doug Montgomery perform in the lounge on Sunday and Monday nights. The food is good and the entertainment is 5 star. Parking is limited.

Great hotel, perfect location and wonderful service. We had a room with a private entrance to the street. The room had everything we needed for a nice restful sleep. The hotel is located just a few blocks to the historic plaza where you have excellent shopping and restaurants.

I stayed two nights at this "pet friendly" hotel and the cost of having my dog stay with me added $98 to my bill (not including tax). THAT got me off to a bad start with the hotel for this outrageous fee at a place that is NOT particularly pet friendly other than they let your dog sleep in the room. The nearest grassy place was two block away. The room was okay but nothing special for the standard room rate. I won't stay there again. I don't recall any posting of the dog charge so the surprise factor of the additional $98 wasn't pleasant.
