Stayed here four nights while we visited the galleries,Los alamos and the opera. Overall we were very pleased, large clean room with a fireplace ,friendly and helpful staff and a great location for walking to the plaza or the rail yard ( too far for canyon road) . The inn was being repainted while we were there freshing it up....

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. The breakfast, staff and the service is top notch. Great location.. An opportunity to rekindle a marriage. Fireplace in our room, so it set the pace even if we didn't use it. Yvonne

Superb room in a terrific location. Very attentive and accommodating staff. Morning breakfast delightful in sun lit room. Don't miss dinner and piano bar in the affiliated restaurant. 2 blocks to the the main square. Easy access to the Opera by Uber or shuttle from Eldorado hotel 2 blocks away.

I LOVE this Inn. Very good location, and GREAT breakfast. The room was upstairs, without an elevator, so beware if stairs are a problem. We had a nice patio off of our room. The bathrooms were very good and had been remodeled.

Nice, quiet Inn located out the outskirts of town, but shops etc all very walkable. Room & bed comfortable & clean. Nice breakfast (included). Didn't try the restaurant or bar but they look as if they'd be good. Would stay again.

This property is situated near an excellent piano bar and four short blocks to the plaza. It's tucked in across the street from the popular Bouche French Bistro. The rooms were well decorated a few years ago but upkeep has fallen behind making decor a bit shabby. This B&B still has loads of charm. Now that breakfast is upgraded to...

We like Doug Montgomery's exceptional piano music and show so much that we are "regulars" at Vanessie when in New Mexico. Last week, we unexpectedly had to stay overnight in Santa Fe, and were glad that a room (actually was a suite) at Vanessie was available. Really nice, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Now our Vanessie experience is complete!

Perfect little spot for a couple retreat. Got in and out fast. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Pillows were too flat. Continental breakfast was good, staff offered to make eggs! Close to everything, we walked the entire time.

Room key won't work but they can't fix it until Tuesday. OJ was turning bad at their continental breakfast. Wifi poor to non existent. Simply no value. Staff is nice but can't get it done. There is better value nearby. We stayed here from a recommendation from a friend but can't imagine they had a similar experience.

Excellent stay! Hard to compare rooms since each is different. We had a bedroom, sitting room, sun room and an enclosed patio. Nice restaurant on site with live music on some weekends. The breakfast was excellent and also in the restaurant. Many options for food within walking distance. 3 blocks from the center of town.
