Friendly, helpful staff. Welcoming and attractive ambiance in lobby.....small touches matter. We enjoyed the beautiful southwestern touches....The architectural details, beautiful fireplaces, southwestwestern ceiling beams, complimentary munchies (tasty stuff) and complimentary bottled water. Small things matter....sufficient and convenient plugs for our phones and ipad (so nice not to have to crawl under furniture looking for plugs!!) Ongoing steamer gently filling air...

Drove in from ABQ and found the hotel easily. Valet is not clearly marked so make sure to keep an eye out. Location is very convenient, and within walking distance of the main square, about a mile from Canyon Road. As to be expected with Rosewood properties, the service and amenities were both top notch, with thoughtful touches like humidifiers...

The hotel is located right off of the Plaza, and walking distance from most attractions, including Canyon Road. The room was lovely, decorated in neutral colors with a fireplace. As the air is very dry in Santa Fe, a humidifier is provided. I looked at the Four Seasons, but opted to stay here due to the location. I visited the...

I would like to congratulate Rosewood Hotels & Resorts on the staff they have assembled at the Inn of the Anasazi in Santa fe, New Mexico. I’ve been visiting Santa Fe for years (since I was 17 and I’m 55 now) but had not made it back in the last ten. Starting 25 years ago, I would make it a...

Summary: It was indeed a great location, a beautiful room, but indifferent service - especially at the bar The room was top drawer! Gas Fireplace, terrific shower, crisp sheets, unlimited bottled water, very comfortable bed. Super quiet. Great nights sleep. .....but it overlooked an alley. (That can't be helped but when paying top dollar- not such a good thing). Staff...

Situated in the heart of old town, Inn of the Anasazi is a beautiful boutique hotel. The service was sublime, the rooms were incredible comfortable and you can't beat the location. We stayed one night on our way to Aspen. Be prepared, the weekends are busy and the hotel can book up fast. I loved the design of the hotel,...

This hotel has it all, and does it all beautifully. We didn't want to leave this hotel which emits the most elegant Santa Fe vibe. Location is ideal, allowing one to walk almost everywhere one goes in Santa Fe. The hotel restaurant was delicious for breakfast,or drinks and a light bite late afternoon. The rooms are gorgeous in that special South...

The Inn has recently been upgraded and it is beautiful! Location is perfect to explore the old town. We had a wonderful meal in the dining room after enjoying the complimentary snacks with a bottle of wine by our gas fireplace in our room. Staff was extremely welcoming. Would highly recommend a stay.

Just like everything else in Santa Fe, an attitude of 'spend your money...now leave'. Rooms are nice, food is excellent. Just overrated.
