This is a lovely place. Great design and fittings. An excellent breakfast and courteous host. It is located a little way from the centre of town, but it is a short and pleasant walk there in any case. Good accommodation in Santa FE is generally expensive, and although this place was more costly than some, its quiet, charm and location...

Very authentic hacienda with all the comforts you really need. Great breakfast. Nice peaceful gardens to relax and friendly hosts. Already booked a return visit. Real history of Santa Fe's art scene from the 1930's you can feel.

In late July, we were greeted with an aesthetic oasis of beautiful gardens and landscaping, a fountain, and artful sculptures nestled among the flowers and nooks and crannies of this adobe-style hotel. Alex greeted us at the door, and soon we enjoyed the late afternoon wine and homemade cookies and brownies offered in the living room for guests. We stayed...

Place for arty intellectual types. Old adobe buildings, lots of charm. Beautiful flower garden. Lots of stairs. Lots of places to sit and read a book. Most everybody was in town for the opera. Great breakfast and great conversation too. Plaza is walking distance.

Very nice place. Great host's and wonderful breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. We would recommend to anyone who would enjoy a peaceful stay close to the plaza. the room we stayed in was away from the main house, and was pet friendly.

This was our first trip to the Inn of the Turquoise Bear and we will definitely return. The Inn is beautifully landscaped, gardens are overflowing with vibrant colors that surround the numerous patios. While Santa Fe is filled with things to do, my favorite part of this family vacation was simply sitting on the patio at the Inn, surrounded by...

This was our first trip to Santa Fe, primarily for opera, but also to see the area. The Turquoise Bear had been recommended and it was as good as we had been told. It is an interesting historic house with comfortable rooms. The breakfasts were varied and quite delicious. The staff are welcoming. Many of the guests return year after...

What a great B&B, beautiful and unique rooms, amazing breakfast, walking distance to downtown, and a terraced garden you feel you can get lost in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with great spots to see. This is defiantly a must for anyone visiting Santa Fe.

My husband and I stayed in the Willa Cather room (smaller with shared bathroom), but it was so nice and perfect for the two of us. Beautiful grounds, friendly inn staff, great breakfasts. If you make it back to the inn in time and are inclined, there is a early evening wine time. Nice wine and conversation. Easy walk to town. Nice relaxing place to stay. Dan is a great host.
