On my latest road trip in New Mexico, I wanted to stay in & explore places that were new to me, so I stayed here to be *outside* of Santa Fe and to drive to visit Pecos and the Pecos River. The Pecos Trail Inn is immaculately clean, has heavy wood structure and also furniture and fixtures, and substantial, wide,...

Very well maintained period motel from the 50's,60's, 70's when this was the big road into Santa Fe. Large rooms, updated to modern standard. Great views and sunset. Great Cafe next-door. Staff very helpful. Quieter than downtown, but easy to get there.

We held a family reunion there and everyone had a great time. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one. Close to downtown Santa Fe but far enough away to give a "out in the country" feel.

Very biker Friendly! The best and only place to stay in Santa Fe!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff could not be any better. They treat there guests like family and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The rooms are large, clean, quiet and safe. I was allowed to park my bike under the over hang by my room. No need to...

We stayed here and were delighted with the most wonderful room of our entire 8 day trip. The desk clerk, Roger, was very helpful with information and maps on the area. The room had everything we like: clean, locally unique character, and quiet, safe surroundings. A BIG bonus was the authentic Mexican cafe next door. They served an absolutely delicious...

This is a very friendly, clean, well maintained classic Rt 66 style motel. Sunsets are amazing. Off the interstate, so quiet, but near Rt 25 The Mexican restaurant next door has wonderful home-style food and very friendly owner/staff. Rooms are large and well appointed. I much prefer this versus the noisier downtown Santa Fe locations.

When I do most of my travels, I skip the pretentious places and try to rest at places which give me more of the local "feel" that I'm looking for. This place is inexpensive and very southwestern. Very no-frills. My room was spotless. Spacious. Homey. The clerk was outstanding, providing me with great service and maps to Santa Fe's magnificent...

We were looking for a reasonably priced two room hotel. We found an older property that had been updated, was AAA affiliated and was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Doug, from Indiana was super friendly and kind. This is a great 3 star property for the traveler needing a safe, nice comfortable accommodation

Friendly staff, good size room, nicely decorated with Southwest Décor. Breakfast not included; but Plaza Trail Cafe restaurant next door that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Outdoor swimming pool; also has a small park. Less then 10 minutes to Historic Santa Fe Plaza, great shopping and restaurants.

Old Santa Fe ambiance with a touch of hipster vibe. Clean but worn out. You'll like this hotel if you're OK with bare-bones simplicity. The people are very nice and friendly. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are clean but the decor definitely is showing signs of a lot of use. However, the price is right. A little out...
