The hotel was very nice and clean, the pool was heated, and the fitness center was one of the nicer ones we've used. We had a great experience. The breakfast was just ok, but complimentary so we cannot be too picky.
This hotel was clean and seemed well maintained. The staff was friendly and was able to answer questions. I like the maid service only when requested. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt and snack bars, but the date we were there was the first day New Mexico had lifted some of their COVID restrictions.
Clean new hotel. Be warned if you have bikes with you. I had two ebikes stolen on March 18th. Security cameras in the back, where my van was parked, we're inoperative. Police told be that this happen before, at this location. Recommend bringing bikes inside.
We stayed 1 night here and when we walked in, we were greeted and the facility was well maintained and smelled newly cleaned. Check in was smooth and there was flavored water, coffee and muffins available for us in the lobby. Facility is updated and in great condition!
Room was decent and we were (barely) able to fit 2 very nice rollaway beds that a gentleman from housekeeping was gracious in bringing to us right away when we called the front desk. Breakfast buffet was decent - 6:30am-9:30am sharp. Milk ran out early each day but when flagging someone down for more we were able to get some. Coffee was meh. Pool was warm and workout area good. Location was pretty far from everything and we needed to drive everywhere so would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Wasn’t told that there was a $2+/day parking fee, but read about it in another review so was braced for it. However, it was assumed that we had a car - no one asked - they just billed for it automatically.
The hotel is nice and well maintained, but this suburban location charges a daily self park fee per room. We were not informed of this additional fee, and we were not asked if we had a car that would be parked on the open lot. It is disappointing that Hilton has chosen to "nickel & dime" its guests.
This place is newly remodeled, has great staff, fast internet, nice workout area, and has amazing hospitality. The GM is incredibly friendly, professional, and ensured that any concerns we had during our 5 day stay were addressed - congratulations again on the newborn! Wish all Hamptons were like this. Will stay here again next time I’m in the area
The rooms are nice. If you don't care who you give your money to, and don't mind a possible fight about something with the staff/management, there's nothing wrong with staying here. Don't pay for a mountain view, though. It was the first of their scams. This hotel doesn't have a real view of anything but rooftops and parking lots. Sure, the mountains are in the distance, but it's not a view. Save your money there. The digital key doesn't work properly, but that's pretty common for Hilton. Otherwise, the room was actually really clean, and in good shape (aside from the shower head). My issue was the dishonesty of management. I prepaid for my room through their own website, so I was surprised to get an invoice hours after checking out for $2.31 for a "parking recapture fee." I called and asked about it, and was told that it was a required fee in Santa Fe when you park at any hotel. The name alone tells me that it's not. They're recovering some cost of theirs, whether it is a city or county tax, or something else (I searched and searched for anything remotely resembling this, and couldn't find a thing). If it really is a tax, it's meant for the hotel, not for the guests, but that's not even the point. I prepaid for the room, including all fees and taxes. It is deceptive to throw something else on after - it could completely change a decision on where to stay if one place is honest about the total charge, and another isn't. After some pressure from me, they say they will refund the charge, but it came with a lecture about how it happens everywhere. I can't say if the fee is charged everywhere, but I can say that not everywhere is dishonest about it.…
Excellent hotel, very clean with large rooms and condo decor with a taste of New Mexico. It really felt more like a Hilton than a Hampton. The staff was all extremely friendly and over the course of my 5 day stay they really made me feel at home. The only negative is the non-feather pillows were not the best, I understand they are the backup pillows but investing in some good non-feather pillows for the travelers who are allergic to feather pillows I think would go a long way.
We checked in quickly. As Hilton Honors quests we were surprised to only get one granola bar and one bottle of water. The hotel was clean and very quiet. We liked the extra pegs to hang things on, but would have liked to have a pen and pad of paper in our room. We liked the shampoo and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it. Many people seemed to be enjoying it. Quick checkout. One room in our party did not have an operating tv for the two nights of our stay. Their room was recorded on the maintenance list, but never fixed or they were not offered another room if possible.
