My friend and I spent four nights at the Lavendar Casitas. Our casita, Espiritu, was beautifully decorated in southwest decor, clean and cool! The bedroom air conditioner cooled off the entire casita. My friend slept on the futon in the living area and she found it quite comfortable....and she is choosy about mattresses! Here's the best part: my friend and...

My partner and I just spent 5 days in Santa Fe and we chose Lavender Sunset Casitas. LSC is a great place to stay. Linda and Micky (4 legged cutie) were wonderful company and Linda is a great advisor regarding what to do and see in and around Santa Fe. Overall we highly recommend a stay at this lovely, quiet,...

We stayed in the Desero casita for four nights. It was cozy, CLEAN and quiet. Linda and Mickey (the dog) were there for whatever we needed. Loved having a jacuzzi, laundry, and BBQ at our disposal. SO CLOSE to the plaza, but not too close, ya know? We wandered into the La Fonda Hotel and saw all of the people...

My husband and I took a four day trip to Santa Fe for our anniversary, and we stayed at the Lavender Sunset Casitas the entire time. I'm so glad that we did! We booked the "Amor" casita. It was so charming and comfortable, and all of our needs had been anticipated by Linda and Nadine--from the utensils in the kitchens,...

Casitas are exactly as presented online. Just got back from a 4 night stay there in June. Weather was 90 degrees plus daily. We rented Flores casita and Espiritu casita. What I am going to say results more in the weather-related issues. First of all, owner was very friendly and helpful. One can easily walk to several restaurants, and a...

My husband and I could not have had a better experience staying at Lavender Sunset Casitas. We give it unqualified raves. Flores was a spacious and cozy dwelling - nice, big, sunny room with unbelievably comfortable bed, lovely full kitchen with table and two chairs, great bathroom with whirlpool tub and a delightful private patio. I miss it! Truly, the...

The casita we stayed in was wonderful - beautifully decorated and immaculate. It was close to the plaza and several art districts so it was easy to experience the best of Sante Fe at our doorstep. The casita was so cozy and relaxing with our private patio that we ended up staying in one night just to enjoy it! We...

Sage bakery within spitting distance (fantastic bread and good espresso), Vinegrette Restaurant if you walk through the gate directly across from the B&B. Whole Foods a short walk. It is more convenient in many ways than the hotels on the Plaza. There are some very popular restaurants close to Lavender Sunset Casitas and you are still within walking distance of...

The location was ideal for this couple of first-time visitors to the Southwest, with no car and little idea about distances and walkability. It's an easy stroll to most places, including the Rail Runner station for travelers arriving by train from Albuquerque (great to know for our next trip!). Linda is on hand to make you feel welcome, no fuss...

Can't do better than this -- price is right, property owners are fine and sassy, place is clean, fun, original, variety of rooms, parking, walk to Plaza in 5, then there's the midnight hot tub if you want to take it and all those great towels. Best lil casita in all of Santa Fe! Vicki and Suze from Denver

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Location, location! Downtown Santa Fe. Historic adobe property, 6 casitas. Newly remodeled and updated. Modern amenities, wi-fi, flat screens, etc. All 6 are little different and wonderful in their own right. All have Jaccuzi bathtubs, and cool kitchens. Beautifully and comfortably furnished. Private patios, small dogs welcome. Espiritu casita 'clean' no pets! Very easy walk to new railyard, farmers market and plaza areas. Fall is here, you can smell the green chile roasting and the pinon smoke wafting from chimneys. The crisp, beautiful, sweet cold air, painting the mountains hot gold swaths with red accents as the aspens change up the ski hill...simply beautiful! Book now to enjoy this annual march forward with us! It's also never to early to book the holiday you've always wanted in Santa Fe. ... more   less
