Really loved the location. The breakfasts were great as well. That said, (constructive criticism) it would have been nice to have a table and chairs somewhere in the room and to have an ICE MAKER somewhere on the property. To get ice, we had to wait until someone happened to be at the front desk to get it out of the kitchen, Hate to sound negative because if we ever went to Santa Fe again, we would stay at The Parador.
Where to even begin? My husband and I booked a full buyout of The Parador for our wedding weekend in October and we couldn't have had a better experience. It was amazing to have all of our wedding attendees in the same hotel and Evan and his team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was accommodated. They helped us with catering recommendations, rehearsal dinner setup, and included many thoughtful touches throughout the weekend. The newly renovated rooms are beautifully done and the original rooms are spacious and artsy, in a great way! Everyone loved their rooms, the location (walkable to the Plaza, Railyard, and Canyon Road), and the kind staff who helped us throughout our stay. It was truly a dream weekend! Additionally, we love that The Parador is involved in the local arts community and hosts an artists in residence program, along with art for sale and community marketplaces and events. We could go on and on, but whether you're looking to stay at The Parador on your own or for a weekend buyout with loved ones, we definitely recommend booking here. Evan and his team are working on great things and really have a vision for The Parador, you should check it out!…
We had a wonderful two-night stay in this lovely historic bed and breakfast. They did an excellent job of maintaining COVID requirements without being overbearing. Our spacious second floor suite was a great place to relax between our ventures to the many sights of Santa Fe. You will be grateful for the easy walking distance to the main areas of this lovely city. The vegetarian breakfasts were tasty and filling. Fresh squeezed orange juice! Use your GPS map and directions and it will take you right to the front door. Plenty of free off-street parking.Loved the lavender soaps and lotions! Couldn't ask for more!
We had a slightly hard time finding the Parador, but it was a lovely place to stay. The junior suite was plenty big enough for two, with a charming decor. Lots of space for our suitcases and us to sit and relax, not to mention the nice outdoor areas. They provided coffee and doughnuts instead of their famed breakfast but we understood, given Covid. Well located in old Santa Fe.
I concur with Imcmillan12648. I have been trying to contact the property by email and phone to cancel our reservation way ahead of time. I was wondering if they had gone out of business but seems they are still taking bookings. I will not rebook at this residence as their customer service isn't responsive. Still hoping for a refund.
