This hotel is nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, good options at breakfast and friendly staff. Everything was clean, and is in a good location. Despite the hotel being fully booked during our stay, it was quiet, which made for a good night's rest. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The bed in our room was remarkably comfortable. The only downside, very minor, was lack of water pressure in the lavatory sink. Shower was great; the room was immaculate, and all the staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. Even though we were on the ground floor (by request) the room was quiet and comfortable. Was there as a an official at a horse show at Hipico west of town, and the nearness to the facility was a real plus.

We had several uninvited guests in our room during our stay...the roachy kind. Don't go here. The people who work the desk are rude and seem to care little about customer service. If you are in santa fe and need a hotel room I would avoid this place. Unless you like bugs.

My daughter and I came in late the 1st night and was concerned about the parking . My daughter had all her household/personal belongings in the back of her pickup with a canvas topper that didnt lock. The night empolyee ( Julya) said " here take my paking spot here in the front of the front doors and i will watch it tonight" and she moved her car by the other door. The next day we was going to be out all day and knew our spot would not be there later, so we asked the G.M. John the next morning if we could somehow save our spot for that night and he said yes we can put some orange cones in that spot and save it for you. That was such a comfort to know that ! That is employees going above and beyond their duties!!! The breakfast was good , regular hotel breakfast and they had yummy green chili also. We used the hot tub also and it was nice.…

Exceptionally clean, staff very professional,yet warm and welcoming. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was great, just like home. Rates were a very pleasant surprise. This will now be our hotel when we visit Santa Fe.

Great 2 day visit. Everything was fantastic. Megan at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. She gave me a welcome package of water and cookies. My suite was fantastic. Clean and roomy with a balcony. The bathroom was superb!! The breakfast was substantial. Great fitness center. Everything was clean and inviting. What a great value. If you don't stay here it's your own fault!!

This is the second time I've stayed at this Best Western Plus and have been pleased both times. Check in was quick and easy, and all customer service representatives were friendly throughout the stay. Rooms are clean, and unlike some hotels now, housekeeping come every day if you prefer, and you don't have to go out of your way to request it. I spoke to a couple of the housecleaning staff and they were very nice too. The breakfast had a good selection and was well kept and the area was clean. Also restaurants and shops in the area. Was surprised at how close they were to Meow Wolf. I recommend this hotel!
