This property is not worth nearly $200 per night. There are no amenities. Parking is over $20 a day which is overpriced. We learned that there was a parking garage across the street for a little less than half the price that we paid. With the new electronic check in we were to have had a choice in the room....

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I was a little bit nervous about booking this hotel when there are so many options in Santa Fe. However, this turned out to be one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. This hotel has all of the charms of Santa Fe, but the standard you come to expect from Hilton. It is also great because you get to...

This hotel is walking distance to the plaza. It is well-kept but not exceptional. The front desk staff was quite friendly though, oddly enough, I did not find the concierge to be exceptionally welcoming or friendly. She could stand to get some advice on charm and warmth from the front desk team.

You can't beat the convenient location. Close to the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, walk 2 short blocks, and another heartier walk of 4-5 blocks up S. Guadalupe St to the Railyard section of town. Our room was well appointed, a King, on the ground floor. The mattress and pillows soft and comfortable setting us up for the next day of...

We stayed here as part of a tour group. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was good - eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), meats, fresh fruit, oatmeal and the usual cereals and yogurts. The location worked out well too as it was walking distance to just about everything. We didn't take advantage of the concierge but others...

for a hotel that charges the prices the staff should live up to the standard. chair leg broken and cable kept cutting out. thats not something one wants to deal with when paying that amount. also, as a rewards member we should be welcomed when checking in. and not have to deal with rude and smug emplyees.

The hotel is beautiful, fully of Southwest art. My room was on the ground level overlooking the parking lot but with blackout drapes and great sound dampers I heard nothing and slept like a baby. The room was spacious, king size bed with a lounge seating area and a spacious bathroom. True to Hilton brand there signature toiletries were available....

I visit Santa Fe every few years but this is my first day at the Santa Fe Hilton. This conveniently located hotel is just a five minute walk from downtown Santa Fe. I knew that the pool would be closed in April, so I booked a pool view room which turned out perfect as it was very quiet. I agree...

The Positive: The hotel is beautiful: It's authentic and comfortable. Room was very nice. Location: Excellent. Can't get much better than the location of right downtown. Was able to get some great walking/running in and it was just a 2-min walk to all the restaurants. Fitness Center: Superb The Negative: WiFi was awful in my room: My iPhone refused to...
