My vist here had some hiccups due to construction on site, so you may want to ask about that when you book. However, management was responsive to my concerns and they gave me a lovely free upgrade to a suite. My original room,at the cheapest rate, was very large - came with robe, really nice quality toiletries, ironing board and...

Staff, hotel, location, food and service were exceptional From the beginning to the end of our 7-day visit we were treated as royalty. Everyone was professional, friendly and responsive. We are so very pleased that we are already planning our next visit within a few months!

We had a short stop in Santa Fe. Location perfect for getting downtown. We were also pulling a small trailer and the hotel was able to accomodate parking for us in their lot. Our original room was noisy with plumbing concerns In an old building and we were graciously relocated. The concierge, Jodie, made our visit. She was so pleasant...

This historic hotel is made up of three joined historic houses. The rooms are what you would expect from a Hilton property, and the reception area is gracious and comfortable, with a roaring fire--it was a cold day. The reception was warm, especially the concierge. The bar offers well mixed cocktails, including non-alcoholic ones, as well as good cuisine. At the...

The ambiance when you walk through the door is amazing. It's like stepping into a cozy living room with a fire blazing and not a hotel, after traveling for a long time nothing is better than feeling like your not in yet another hotel. The staff is exceptional, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The gym is great, and...

I highly recommend the Hilton in downtown Santa Fe. Concierge Judy Goldman is a treasure and a keeper! I thoroughly enjoyed the extremely convenient location and beautifully maintained guest room. I didn't choose to stay here, it was the only hotel with rooms available near my conference, but I'm glad I did.

The hotel was charming with a fire in the fireplace lobby at all times and biscochitos, the state cookie of New Mexico, always waiting for us in the lobby. For a large hotel chain, the atmosphere was of a quaint boutique hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the glassed in shower very luxurious. But...

Recently stayed here for one night and was happy with my stay. All the staff were friendly and courteous. The location was fantastic and all the sites were within walking distance to the hotel. The rooms were HUGE compared to other Hilton's I have stayed at. I think the bathroom was the size of my kitchen! Will definitely stay here...

Judy, the concierge, is excellent. All of her recommendations were spot on. The other staff we encountered were also very helpful and friendly. The location was nice as it is within easy walking distance to the Plaza and the Railyard District. I would recommend the Saturday morning indoor Farmer's Market. We didn't have the best view and the digital check...

The Hilton staff was fabulous! Location is good. Concierge really helped with providing transportation for outings. Only complaint was coffee was never hot! We tried 3 times with room service and it never came hot.
