Great service friendly staff at the front desk. Samir helped us with changing rooms...providing a great room with 2 private balconies...heaven sitting out with a cup of coffee in the morning watching the sunrise...then laying out on lounge chairs at night watching the stars. Close to everything. Great location. The happy hour at the living room was great! Several areas...

The Inn and Spa at Loretto is a very relaxing, enjoyable place to stay. The rooms are decorated with a very down to earth, southwest style. Cozy and very comfortable. LOVE the luminarias on the balcony!!

Room did not have coffee set up, no key was provided for refrig/minibar, it seemed like it was only "half serviced" on arrival - room key did not work on second day and had to have an engineer fix it - front desk said they would comp us two drinks for inconvenience and did not leave comp ticket or notes...

The microfiber bedsheets were uncomfortable, the rooms were rather dark and there were some strange odors in the rooms at times and also especially in the stair wells. There was also a strange stain on our bed sheets and we were trying to be green but ask for the sheets to be changed, they were not, just remade. The internet...

We appreciate the time you took to post a review and are disappointed to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand the situation with the sheets and WiFi were very inconvenient. Our heated pool, though open year-round had a minor maintenance issue being addressed. We sincerely apologize for these issues you encountered and will address them...

Be sure to visit the restaurant, Luminaria. Best food and service of the trip. Wonderful hotel bar and pool. The concierge, Diane, offered invaluable suggestions and service! Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Old rooms/decor, lopsided dining table in Luminaria, inattentive staff - if you can ignore those items for the great location, then it's ok. Room walls patched, look old. No greeters at front doors. Front desk staff ignore guests while they type; Lounge waiter downright surly - had to struggle to get his attention.

Nice authentic hotel. Had a terrible room when booked one night through hotels.com moved to much better room on my reservation for next 3 nights. Service in bar was not too good, music was great. Luminaries was nice except quality of meat was poor.

We spent the entire weekend planning our upcoming wedding. We could not have asked for better customer experience, as well as Hotel Accommodations. Weather was made even more perfect with the balcony access.

Atmosphere delightful. Convenient to Plaza and Cathedral. Valet in and outs can be a bit chaotic; so allow time for checking out, especially if you're catching a plane. Overall, a superb experience. Reservations and check-in so simple and considerate.
