I already gave you my feedback, now I cannot submit without a 200 character answer. It sucked waking up to water all over our room. It was unacceptable that we still had to pay for our room on our last night.

The building is beautiful with its pueblo architecture. The rooms are lovely with tasteful decorating. The closets are VERY small, so do be aware of that. The restaurant is a great experience and room service was probably the best we have ever had at a hotel. The people were so friendly all the time. You just feel like you are...

So I expected something like La Posada just down the street. Place looks quaint on the outside but they nickel and dime you. Room is basic, with a facade of a fireplace in the room, with no actual intention in lighting Glass top desk is rickety. I am typing on it now and it clangs. Resort fee on top of...

Inn at the Loretto is downtown in Santa Fe. Beautiful building with lots of charm. Within walking distance to all the museums, shopping, dining and fabulous art works available. The square offers beautiful Indian jewelry made by the local tribes, Santa Fe is such a quaint place to visit. Being a New Mexican, I try to go to Santa Fe...

Hotel was beautiful. Restaurant & spa overpriced. Very clean rooms, lobby smelled though. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. There is no coffee pot in room but they have a coffee/tea bar we wish we would have know about it before check out. No one told us. Fees are high. We chose to not have room service and still had to pay...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are delighted you enjoyed our beautiful property and premier downtown location. Each of our guest rooms is provided with coffee & coffee items which we place in the mini-bar section. Your feedback regarding no coffee in room has been noted and we apologize for the lack of it. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful (except for valet, they were excellent interpersonally). When we asked front desk where to get a snack and ibuprofen they only offered the mini bar, but could have suggested something in the local area that would have been more inexpensive. And, we weren't thanked for our stay at anytime.

Double check your itemized bill. I was billed to my card double the room price right off the bat. I was told this was because I used a debit card, but family with the same card and bank said this did not happen to them. I was charged for services that I did not have. Relatives also had drinks charges...

I am a New Mexico local living in Taos and I often stay in Santa Fe for meetings and cultural events. I like the Inn at Loretto because of its location and because it has a year round outdoor pool and spa. The rooms are large and quaintly appointed and the "living room" is large and has a bod relaxing...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are delighted you enjoyed our beautiful property and ideal downtown location. There are very few places in Santa Fe with a year round heated outdoor pool and we're pleased to hear you enjoy that feature! Your feedback and patronage are truly appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you back!

After checking in I happened to review my bank account and found they had charged my debit card an extra $400. When I inquired, they said "in case I charged other things to my room they wanted to be sure there was enough on the card to cover it." So they took a guess and essentially left me $400 short...
