This hotel is very old and had not been updated in what looks like many, many years. The toilet was worn and dirty, the curtains stained, the bedding old, and even the towels had holes in them. It was terrible. Find somewhere else to stay....More
Santa Fe Suites is quite a unique hotel. I read multiple reviews on various hotels in Santa Fe but kept returning here. And I am overjoyed that I did. At first glimpse, you might not think it to be a hotel at all: in fact,...More

We were concerned also when we read the reviews but our visit there was great. We stayed in building 8. The wifi worked nice clean linens and lots of hot water. I did call ahead and tell them how excited we were about coming and that we needed a non smoking room. The cooking supplies in the kitchenette were a little lacking but that's not unusual in a lot of hotels. The breakfast was juice pastries cereal and coffee. We intend on staying there again next winter. Also the laundry was available. Good luck and I hope you have an good of luck as we did. I do think calling ahead helped.
