I checked in with my boyfriend for one night. We ordered the premium internet service and then soon found out it was only for ONE device in the motel, and they gave us the standard package. After arguing with us, telling us we had to call a tech support number, we spent an hour dealing with that. OUTSIDE of the...

Best one I stayed at so far clean and fresh and not noisy maybe i was lucky but it seemed a good enough place and the price was good, ideal for an overnight stay. I would stay here again as it's near Malibu and when you get down near the coast hotel prices are sky high

I would not recommend this hotel. From the mold infested rooms to the "policy" that you must leave the room at their requested time so that they may "clean" and inspect the room did not leave my family feeling comfortable at all. Their idea of cleaning the room was making the beds, not changing the sheets, and replacing the old,...

Nice location near the highway Few customers complained about pet noise, screaming customers in the middle at night or someone knocking the door Not free wifi and cost a bit higher than average Suit business traveller that need to reach west LA

We stayed here in our way to LA. The hotel is basic - clean rooms, comfortable beds, but that's about it! We did not get to use the swimming pool. There is no breakfast available - coffee is provided, but only in the morning; if you need any food at all, you'll have to go nearby restaurants. Also, wifi is...

Good to stay overnigth during the drive down to LA. Room was clean and quite. Very good quality-price ratio. The lady at reception took long time to get us but still okay service. All you need for a road drive stop.

Our quick stay was very enjoyable, with super friendly and helpful staff, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, and plenty of hot coffee to send us off in the morning. A big pool awaited us in the evening. We would stay here again.

Not at all satisfied with the stay here. Got woken up several times during the night as you could easily hear people outside, and for some reason several people shouted throughout the night. The rooms were worn down and not as clean as they should be. Lots of dust. Checking in took way too long as they insisted on taking...

Stayed there in the past, and when it was bargain priced, was acceptable....but, with higher prices now... the noise level (paper thin walls - heard people coming & going all hours of the night ) lack of amenities and spartan rooms made it much less appealing.. when there are other options.
