Our stay was great. Sales Manager Daniel Yancey arranger our visit. Great guy. The entire front desk staff was exceptional . We commend them all. Did not take all names, but Brogden was kind enough to come to our room at nite to solve a water problem Elliot, Kartia,Erika, and Nicholas are some names I remember . The entire housekeeping staff was excellent. Noir was always helpful at breakfast.It was quiet at nite. Everyone liked our dog. The garden was beautiful.

Room 365. 5/16/23. Faucet sink needs repair. Toilet not secure to ground. We almost fell off. Gnats in shower. Large stain on carpet in entrance of room. We did not have time to ask for another room as we had committment elsewhere and did not return after being in room 15 minutes til 1130pm. On 5/17/23 we reported to Front Desk in writing. Front Office Manager E. Davils did not call us.

Nice place to stay but, during our stay they were under construction and that limited parking and their restaurant and bar was closed. This ment driving for dinner and no drinks for the driver. The good reviews for their bar/restaurant was part of the reason we chose this place so we were disappointed that it was closed for renovations. Hopefully once it’s finished it will be amazing and we will have the opportunity to visit again. Nice room and good hot breakfast.

A fine, comfortable place to stay. The room felt spacious, larger than the average hotel room. The room has both a refrigerator and microwave, useful for heating up leftovers. The bathroom is stylish. The bed is comfortable. The heater/AC worked well (and did not have a motion sensor to turn it off.) The free breakfast included a useful selection: scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, oatmeal, cold cereals, orange and apple juice, coffee and tea, and fresh fruit. The heated pool area was attractive and relaxing, and had a shallow section for young children. The grounds were very prettily landscaped. The desk staff were friendly. The two beverages-per-night was an elegant addition. I would drive a little extra from Camarillo or Calabasas to stay here again.

Absolutely loved Palm Gardens, a beautiful setting, much more atmosphere than the concrete closer to Da Nang. Special thanks to Mr. Thi, Ms. Hong and the rest of the folks. We all totally enjoyed our 8 night stay here

Very nice small hotel, lovely helpful and friendly staff through out my stay. Modern cozy rooms very spacious. outdoor areas with fire pits, very nice pool and green space. Convenient to handful of restaurants, coffee shop and grocery store within a block, I would stay here again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. I asked for an item, and it appeared almost immediately. The room was clean and so sharp looking very well designed. We felt very relaxed and comfortable there. The breakfast was delicious. We took a walk around the grounds and enjoy the beautiful gardens with the hills in the background. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer to linger in the pool and at the fire table on the patio.

We had a wonderful experience at the Palm Garden Hotel in Thousand Oaks. The facility was beautiful-very clean and well-kept-and the employees were kind, friendly, and helpful. I especially appreciated the cheerful attitude of Ella H. at the front desk. Nicole Schram was also quite friendly, capable, and quick to respond when I was making reservations. Overall it was an excellent weekend and we plan to use this facility again for our next conference in this area.

Very nice, attentive staff, nice room, good breakfast. Will book again when traveling through area. If you are looking for a relaxing stop over this is it. We just missed it, but restaurant will be open soon.

Peaceful, beautiful and immaculately kept. The location was fantastic for doing business in the region. Then at the end of the work day there was an on-site gym, cocktails and an amazing Indian food restaurant within walking distance.
