Only one night stay for family business, The service was wonderful, the host (Donna) was gracious and well versed in meeting the needs of her guest. She selected a room that was very elegant and the home was unique and was memorizing with the antiques and uptown flair. The room was clean, linens fresh and neat, Wifi worked well. Had...

Had an amazing weekend this weekend at the Woodruff House! We live in Maryland and had never been to Skyline Drive and the Caverns so off we went for a weekend. My husband and I had the loft bedroom and it was everything we could ask for! We came and went all weekend and the hospitality of Jon and Donna...

Donna, owner/hostess deserved a loud applause. She was very attentive, helpful and great cook! We stayed for only a night. The property is well kept, very homey, comfortable. Leisure room, where we were booked, was suitable. A bit small but equipped with shower and jacuzzi! A treat!

My husband and I drove to Luray to attend a wedding at the Mimslyn Inn. I enjoy B&Bs, so opted for the Woodruff House for our two nights (located walking distance from the Mimslyn). We were welcomed by Innkeeper Donna and shown to our room -- the Johnson. Prettily decorated with some unusual aspects: bathroom sink and jacuzzi are both...

The hostess, Donna was very, very nice. We stayed in the loft and upon arrival learned the TV was on the fritz. The owner did put in a big effort to fix and we were appreciative, but it was just something we agreed we could do without. We stayed two nights and on the second night our air conditioning unit...

The owner was extremely friendly and we enjoyed talking to her. She cooks an incredible breakfast, we were stuffed to the gills. It's a very cozy place and the...

My husband & I stayed here 1 night during a trip through Shenandoah Park - it was easy to get to & Donna was so sweet & accommodating. We stayed in the loft room upstairs as all other rooms were booked but it was comfortable & clean. Donna gave us dinner suggestions - we went to Artisan's Grille which was...

After visiting this B&B, I went back and re-read the other reviews, which honestly seem as though they were written by folks who went to a different B&B. We stayed in the rooftop attic room, which was, for lack of a better word, just creepy, and reminiscent of that novel "Flowers In the Attic". Dark wood, heavy red carpeting, and...
