I like staying here because the beds are really comfortable and they are remodeling all the rooms

With very few options available in Flagstaff during the Valentine/President's day weekend, we begrudgingly took a chance on Ramada East despite the not so great reviews and outrageous price of $200/night. The hotel is overall rundown and in dire need of maintainence. The room was filthy in every way...carpet not vacuumed, white towels brown, mold in bathroom, room window curtain...

Not a bad place to stay when passing through town, prices are good as well. The layout of the building could have been configured better.. The front desk girl, Rikki, was very friendly and hospitable.

The staff was super friendly. 5 stars for the young gentleman who checked us in. The physical property is seriously in need of repair. The breakfast area was fairly dirty - trash cans and cabinets covered in residue. Ramada needs to invest some $ in taking care of the property. Give the wonderful employees something to be proud of.

As always with weekend hotel stays, often what you invest is what you get back. We stayed for a little over $110 a night which was on the lower end of rooms for MLK Weekend. Check-in/check-out was pleasant, Ricky was really helpful and answered all of our questions. She even explained to us how booking websites often use random information...

We did not like this hotel. I would rate it 1 star, not 2.5 like Hotels.com has it rated. There was only one employee to handle check ins and any hotel issues. If someone needed something in a room, he was not at the desk to assist. The heating only worked on heat full blast, or cold air full blast....

Exterior look wasn't welcoming but the staff was very generous. Room was surprisingly big and seems just remodeled but the door. Entrance door was hard to open but window was brand new as I can tell from manufacturer tag was still on it. We slept comfortably without any noise from highway. We liked eggs and waffle in the morning. There...
