We arrived around 9:30pm for a reservation made through Expedia, the room #4302 was really hot but we thought it was a problem with the A/C (which it was); by 11:30pm my experience was 3 visits from the maintenance personnel (the room was about 80 degrees at this point) and a front desk agent who said the hotel was "sold...

Stayed here for one night on my way from the Grand Canyon to Petrified Forrest National Parks. I stayed one night in Flagstaff at a chain hotel, but enjoy staying at other options in the same city for variety. I stayed here on my second night. This hotel was NOT in the city limits of Flagstaff, but was East of...

Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Only con was that the shower didn't get very hot on the fifth floor. Thirty minute drive from Flagstaff wasnt bad at all. Pool is 24 hours and theres a nice game room for kids

Enjoyed our stay tremendously. The Resort is among the finest. Great hospitality, beautiful Native design and motif throughout. Our rooms provide deluxe accommodations with high end amenities, very comfortable. There is a great variety of good food from different restaurants and eateries that are part of the Resort, from steaks to Native dishes, all food ordered by our party was...

We were just staying overnight on a bit of a cross country trip, but loved it! Very comfortable. Very clean. Very quiet! Great amenities. There was a small problem with our shower, but they fixed it within 10 minutes. I didn't realize how far it was from Flagstaff, but that's was my fault for not checking. The hotel was great!...

I stayed on a business trip and the room was spacious, the wi-fi was free, the bed was comfortable & the staff was very welcoming! They had all the dining options needed, and the property is remote and peaceful.

My hubby and I were on our way to Las Vegas and this resort was around the half way mark for us. We only stayed one night, but our room was very nice and the bathroom was huge. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. We were happy with the stay and recommend to everyone traveling in the area.

This is a great hotel. It's clean, modern, with great amenities. Bathroom is huge with (only) a large walk in shower. The hotel is quiet and very well maintained. We stayed two nights in late April and used this as a jumping off point to day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Like everyone says it's 20 miles from...

Stayed here two nights after driving from Iowa and beofre heading up to Grand Canyon and then Page. Hotel is very nice, a lot of food options, nice pool, and nice rooms, but I would stay closer in town next time. Bit of a drive to everything. Hotel is great though!

We took a risk, needing a place near Flagstaff. Saw high tripadvisor marks and booked it. Wanted a warm indoor pool and breakfast. Chose twin arrows. Did not realize it is 20 mi to the east of Flag. Dont get freaked about the isolation. Its very new and professional. Really nice and new inside. Pool had roomy frothy hot tub...
