Loved this Inn! It was really affordable for my boyfriend and I. Money is tight and we were looking for a place just to get away from the valley for a few days and this was perfect! The inn is walking distance to downtown so there was no need to drive and find parking in town which was great too!... More

We stayed here two nights and were satisfied with the accommodation. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were always friendly. While here we visited the Grand Canyon and other nearby sights like Walnut Canyon and Sunset Crater. It was easy to get onto the highway for sightseeing but also within five minutes of Safeway and many other... More

Close to downtown but also very central for amenities. Room was large and very clean. We extended our stay from one night to three nights as it was a great place to discover the area - Grand Canyon and also Sedona. Would highly recommend.

Very centrally located. No issues with room, was cosy enough, and staff were accommodating with our requests for a room in the back away from street noise. No breakfast, and stay away from lobby coffee! BUT, coffee place and breakfast place around the corner are both awesome. The girl at the front desk charged me what I thought it would... More

We loved this place and stayed here 2 nights. It's perfect for visiting the Grand Canton (which was why we were there). The room and beds were super comfortable and very clean. Rooms has all the amenities. The location was great for us also because you could walk right next door to one of the greatest cups of coffee we've... More

The rooms were clean & the beds were comfortable. TV was sharp. Handy to the university & downtown. Only a block south of a good local breakfast & lunch spot, "The Place". A popular local grocery is just across the street.

When booking a room at HCI we did not realize this was actually a motel. Our first and only during an extensive visit to the U.S. A very pleasing and convenient place for our week long stay in Flagstaff. The Inn was positioned between an easy trek to the Lowell Observatory, historic old town & the University Campus containing the... More

Booked on Expedia. Very easy to find at night in the rain! Found out at the check-in desk that there is no in-room coffee, but not to worry - a fabulous coffee roaster lies just at the end of the parking lot. The exterior is dated, but the interior has had some upgrades. All looks clean and modern (minus a... More

This was a clean hotel and the owners were friendly, however, the WIFI connection was awful. We were unable to use the internet for our entire stay. We did tell them, and they said they would "reset" it but that did nothing. This made it impossible for the kids to do their homework or reach out to their teachers while... More

The Highland country Inn is your basic older hotel. The room was small with 2 queen beds and only 1 person could be in the bath at one time. These were not a huge deal as we were gone all day but their wifi is awful! There are 4 channels and none of them would hold a signal longer than... More
