dirty place. bathroom towels are dirty. with major stains. sheets are dirty too. very noisy place. trains pass close by. they make even more noise than the already noisy highway. And whatever the people in the room next door are doing, you ear them as well as if they were in your own bedroom. yes, whatever they are doing... Ho...

Wifi in and out constantly. Ran hot water for over 5 minutes and it never even warmed up so no shower. Nice fridge in room wasn't turned on. Nice microwave. No coffeemaker. Plastic cups with nothing to put in them but water. Hard bed, lousy pillows. Cost more than advertised price. Won't return here.

The rooms were lately renovated so most of the photos here are not relevant. Bed was very comfortable, large room with 2 desks, fridge and microwave. Breakfast (coffee, muffins, Oj) is served until 9 am only, this is annoying for a non early walkers. Free wifi, not so friendly staff. Good value for money.

The room is filthy, there were 3 of us and only two small towels (not much bigger than a hand towel) asked for another got a bad look, like we were crazy. Turned the gas heater on n the cover fell off the wall leaving the flames exposed less than a foot from the bed. Sheets and towels have stains...

The rooms are remodeled, quiet sleep, clean, with microwave and refrigerator, desk, sufficient tv channels. But in my room 102 two things took time...lots of time! First, the hot water never really arrived, I let it run for about 4 minutes, kind of luke warm, so I showered anyhow as I couldn't wait forever. Second, the wifi connection was inconsistent...

We were looking for a "place to lay our heads" for a few days while dropping off a student at NAU. We didn't need any amenities or anything fancy. Although our standards were low for this stay, we were still disappointed. Biggest issue was that there was no weather stripping on the bottom of the door so there was a...

Has been upgraded from past reviews. Staff welcoming. Rooms small with two queen beds. Air worked well except for some increased condensation. Bathroom good. Hot water and nice shower stream. Breakfast isn't! OJ, coffee, danish of sorts. Pet friendly. We enjoyed chatting with the staff.

I was passing through Flagstaff to Lava River Cave and then Grand Canyon. Traveling with 6 kids, we needed something reasonable priced for two rooms. This was inexpensive and close to everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean, bathrooms looked nice, and the women behind the desk keep bringing out more danish and muffins for the kids.

The Budget Host Inn meets the bare requirements to be a hotel. It has a roof, it has beds, it has heating, and it is in the town it proclaims to be in. Beyond that, you're not going to get a whole lot. The staff ranged from indifferent to surly, the radiator was so loud at night that you had...

It served the purpose of allowing us to sleep a few hours before departing to Grand Canyon. I was not impressed at all with the cleaniness and with the staff, but the price/quality ratio was good. Just a last note about the breakfast: sweets with a hot drink.
