Never was introduced to the owners. Smelled like dogs when you open the door. 12x12 dorm refrige in hall for 3 rooms full of guests. 2 ice buckets in hall, but no ice. I asked about the gourmet breakfast coupon I had printed off good until Jan. 2017, and asked what it consisted of, and if it would be honored.... More

My husband and I stayed in the Summit Room. It was gorgeous! It overlooked the backyard that had a patio and flowers. The room was clean and decorated very nice. The house itself is beautiful inside and out. There is lots of interesting artwork and antiques displayed inside. The only negative thing was the breakfast. It was served on time,... More

We had such a wonderful stay at this B&B. The location is convenient to seeing the sights of Buffalo and Niagara Falls is within easy driving. Our room (Woodward Room) was beautiful, comfortable, and sunny. We stayed 2 nights and had no trouble finding parking out front in this quiet family neighborhood. The breakfasts were delicious and served in the... More

Chris has created a welcoming, comfortable place to stay. This was my second stay at Parkside House, and both experiences were great. The rooms have comfortable period pieces with modern amenities, and the bathrooms are contemporary and spacious. He cooks wonderful breakfasts that create a great start to your day. Also, Chris was very helpful in allowing me to ship... More

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay at friendly and amazing Parkside house. Where Unlike corporate hotel chains you experience a unique accommodation and get a chance to hang out with real people. Our host clearly cared about each person comfort. They went extra mile by changing our reservations just a week before our travel. The breakfast was... More

Excellent facility, early 20th century house with modern amenities, walking distance to Buffalo Zoo, Olmsted designed Delaware Park, Frank Lloyd Wright's Darwin Martin House. Safe, beautiful neighborhood for walking, short walk to restaurants on Hertel Ave and the metro station to downtown. Host was very welcoming, and breakfast was fantastic!
