We were checked in quickly & found Karen's B & B lovely and charming. Beds & linens were excellent & we found the bathroom for our room clever, inventive and modern. The owner was replacing the windows in the front & during that mini repair street noises were excessive in the front room but I am sure windows are replaced... More

We stayed at the Elmwood Village Inn recently and we were very happy we picked this property and location. The area is central to many Buffalo points of interest, and the inn itself was lovely. The neighborhood is cute, trendy and happening, but not annoyingly so. We had the suite on the top floor and it was completely private, spacious... More

Hostess Karen gives a warm welcome and is full of good advice and conversation. Close to good restaurants and not too far from the waterfront and highway to Niagara. If you like a morning run then a lake and park are less than 1 mile away. The room we statin in was clean and well appointed. Breakfast set us up... More

The inn was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We stayed in the Master Suite, which was very spacious and luxurious. The only slight warning that I would give is that the bathroom is very tight, and since it has a walk-in shower next to the sink (with no curtain), you really can't use the sink while your spouse is showering... We have stayed at this Elmwood Village B&B twice. Both times it served as exactly what we needed. A very comfortable room and bedding and hostess (Karen) with just the right amount of interaction. The Inn has ALWAYS been extremely clean with no need to ask for anything (It's all been done) Initially I was unhappy to be able to... More

We spent four nights, and had a great time. Great location for walking to museums and restaurants, very nice rooms, fun host, nice neighborhood with some nearby mansions, plus a F L Wright just sitting there on the street. Highly recommended.

I don't normally feel at ease in B&B's, but I loved staying at the Elmwood Village Inn! I stayed here twice on business in 2016: once in the Middle Eastern Room in January, and once in the Master Suite, in April. Both visits were wonderfully relaxing and comfortable. The Middle Eastern room had a bathroom across the hall, with a... More

Comfortable house, beautifully decorated with a delightful and engaging host. The three rooms on second floor room all have access to a communal kitchenette where you will find soft drinks, tea/coffee and a small refrigerator. We took a quick peek at the top floor apartment; very nice indeed. The B&B is in the middle of Elmwood Village (restaurants and shops),... More

I stayed four nights at the Elmwood Village Inn while working at Buffalo State College in January and could not have been happier with the experience. It was wonderful to stay in a classic Buffalo Victorian house that was warm, comfortable, and memorable. Karen, the owner, is engaging, thoughtful, and very hospitable. She has put a lot of effort into... More

This location was perfect for a business trip at Buffalo State College, within walking distance at less than a mile away. The neighborhood has an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. I stayed in the Middle Eastern room, and both the bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, cozy, and clean, as were the common areas, and I was especially drawn... More
