Wow. From the time we first opened the front door until the time we pulled away everything was perfect. Grant and Dennis were amazing hosts and Lisa worked incredibly hard to make our stay memorable. Breakfasts were amazing. The room was huge, clean and private. Location was great too. Highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast treat.

Having been to the Hydrangea House Inn on our honeymoon 25 years ago, we chose to "retrace our steps" to celebrate our silver anniversary........the years since our first visit have only enhanced the charm and grace of the inn and its innkeepers. Our suite was incredible with lovely antique furniture and all the modern conveniences of jacuzzi tub and steam...

To give the Hydrangea House Inn a 5 out of 5 does not do justice to the service that my wife and I received. We went to Newport in April 2017 for our honeymoon, and decided to stay here after reading reviews for 5 nights. It was spectacular. Our room (Carrie in Paris) was amazing. The room, itself, was spotless...

My partner and I spent three days here in February and had one of the most memorable stays anywhere. The location of the B&B is perfect.. only a few minutes walk from the center of town. This is a small hotel with only about 10 rooms, so it feels very relaxed. The rooms are most beautifully appointed. We had a...

My husband and I traveled to the Hydrangea House in March 2017. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay and wish it were longer! Denis & Grant were wonderful hosts and allowed for privacy and yet as much conversation as you would like. Sometimes at B&Bs you can feel a forced conversation with the hosts. Not here! We enjoyed chatting with...

This was our 5th time staying at the Hydrangea House and each time gets better and better! We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The rooms are amazing, the location is perfect and the breakfasts are gourmet and delicious! We stayed in the Winter Garden Suite this time and it did not disappoint. The suite is huge and the shower...

The Hydrangea Inn is an amazingly beautiful place and the owners of the Inn were great in suggesting places for diner and the sites to see while in Newport. They are also so very nice, we had a great time visiting with them. The interior decorating was top notch I could not help but walk around in amazement in each...

My husband and I spent three wonderful days at the Hydrangea. We have been staying at this inn once a year for 15+years. There is no where else we would ever stay while in Newport. The owners, Grant and Dennis are kind and caring hosts. They go above and beyond to make their guests happy. The inn itself is Gilded...

15+ years! Wow!!! It was so wonderful to see you and Jimmy again this year. I always know the holiday is approaching when we receive Jimmy's online booking. Spending time with you both by the fireplace and drinking wine that first evening was really fun while catching up on our lives. Please have a wonderful Christmas holiday. Until next year...or...

The great reviews are fine. However, I don't think that we will return to the Hydrangea House Inn. We stayed for three nights, and there were a few things that did not fit with our preferences. 1. Check-in: was handled correctly but rather superficial and we did not feel welcome. 2. Breakfast time: at check-in we were asked to choose...

We stayed here for 3 nights and could have stayed longer. Wonderful inn in a great location and easy walking distance of all the sights. The inn keepers were brilliant and so welcoming and helpful. Rooms were luxurious and had every possible comfort. Breakfasts were a real treat - the table was beautifully set with pretty china which was different...
