My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We've stayed in a few different B&Bs in Newport previously, and this one was one of our favorites. We took the the suite on the top floor - extremely spacious, comfortable bed, lots of natural light, nice decor. The little "fireplace" heater was a nice touch for the cold weather...

We had a great time in Newport and this was the perfect place to stay. It was three years ago now when we went and I remember we had a lot of snow, and this B&B was the perfect place to come back to each night. Susan and Bill made us feel right at home with a delicious breakfast each...

Bill and Susan were great hosts and prepared a delicious breakfast for us on both mornings. There B&B is in a great location, just a block away from the heart of Newport. The room was warm and cozy, the bed was very comfortable.

Hospitality is defined as the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. Our visit to the spring seasons inn truly met this definition. Susan and Bill are two of the nicest and most hospitable innkeepers in Newport. Give this inn a try you will not be disappointed!!

We stayed at the Spring Seasons Inn in the Venetian suite. The Jacuzzi was large enough for two people and very enjoyable after walking around in the cold! Restaurants and the downtown area are just a block or two away. We were very happy we could park the car at the Inn and not fight for a parking spot in...

My husband and I have stayed at the Spring Seasons Inn several times over the last few years. The Inn is beautifully appointed and so comfortable! Christmas decorations adorned each room. Hosts Bill and Susan are the best! Friendly, informative and truly the epitome of Hospitality. Hot breakfast was delicious and Afternoon Tea with Susan's secret recipe scones was lovely!...

We couldn't have had a better stay. We had a big beautiful suite with a jacuzzi, on a charming old street an easy walk from restaurants and shops. There's convenient off street parking, too. Next time we're in Newport, we'll be staying at the Spring Seasons again.

Susan was an excellent host and a wonderful cook! We were greeted with warmth and provided all the amenities we needed and more. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Everything is a short walk, food, the wharfs, and the main shopping streets. We drove to the Cliff Walk and Mansions, but they are accessible by foot. We had such...

My wife and I spent 2 days in Newport and stayed in the Newport Suite, the third (top) floor at Spring Seasons. It is a light filled attic/loft with exposed wooden beams and brick fireplace stacks. No fireplace itself on this floor but a nice faux fire stove which came in handy at night to warm the room a bit...

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the Newport Suite and its large Jacuzzi tub. while we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your breakfasts, we are sorry to hear that the timing wasn't right for you. My husband and I decided to spend our anniversary weekend in Newport, and this lovely inn came up in our search for accommodations in the downtown area. Bill and Susan were very gracious hosts, giving us maps and suggestions on where to go during our stay. They also prepared a very nice breakfast each morning - just what we needed...
