The rooms were wonderful. They had everything we would need for the 3 days on Oahu. They were CLEAN, well-furnished & and tastefully decorated. The only item both families would have liked was paper towels or napkins.
The Aston At The Executive Centre is a great hotel. Good location, very clean and extremely friendly staff. Very attentive to our needs. Transportation was easy to access. Close to shopping and restaurants. Exceeded our expectations. We'll be back.
No resort fee, parking is $30/night in a reserved spot (6th floor and up). Room is freshened every 3 days and you need to request anything else, including bottles of water from the front desk. Front desk is always manned and very responsive. Room is what you pay for. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off during our second day but they replaced it right away. Nice views from higher floors. Very simple decor, comfy bed.
the staff here was tremendous and the views are beautiful. I especially liked that it felt more homey than a typical hotel. It felt like we were staying in our own apartment/condo and was very relaxing.
Great location for business trips, just a short trip away from beaches when you want to get away after work. Short walk from the palace for historical site seeing. Room had amazing amenities of a washer/dryer, a full fridge and stove; and the tub had jets! For additional fee you get in and out parking, which is great if you need to come and go and don't want to wait for valet (they don't have valet but other locations I've been to only had valet and if they had a line I could be late for meetings). Staff is friendly and even remembered my name! Mahalo!!
The kitchen unit lacked soap, towels, sponge, cutting board and basic needs for cooking. The room smelled awful with no ventilation and an A.C unit that smelled like must and mold. Bathroom had previous guest's hair on the floor and tub. Staff was rude and unwelcoming, like they hated their jobs. We couldn't wait to get out of there.
I give this hotel the lowest review since they used my bank debit and credit cards however they wanted. They charged me twice and the day I checked out I was surprised at the airport that they had charged another amount, I have no idea why they charged me €380 and i still haven’t gotten the money from the refund…. advice look at your accounts at all times because they are ready to charge you without you knowing anything about it unless you check.
I stay here whenever I’m attending an event at Hawaii Theatre. There are also really nice restaurants close to the hotel. Like every where there are quite a few homeless in the area. So be careful late at night. The rooms are clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable
The Good: The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The rooms are clean and spacious. Some rooms have washers and dryers. Ask for them. From the 29th floor I had great views of the city. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is in good location with lots of nearby dining within walking distance. The Bad: The garage entrance was not well marked. The hotel restaurant was shut down when I was there, but was told it will open at a later date.
The hotel itself was fantastic, INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful staff. But the second I stepped off the escalator to leave the hotel I was approached multiple times by homeless people. And it also reeked of urine. It’s just a bummer, for them, and everyone else. (Although one of them seemed to be having a good time)
