We checked into the Waikiki Parc Hotel and was assisted by Wendy. She was so nice and friendly. Upon check in I was told I had to put down $350 for incidentals. I told her that that was an awful lot of money so she said she could hold $100 instead. They ended up putting a hold of $650 on... More

We appreciate you for bringing to our attention the matter of the security deposit. We will look at how this can be better managed. We apologize for the noise you... More

We chose this hotel as a couple as we didn't want a big resort with resort fees. The location was excellent and much more of a boutique hotel with private rooftop pool. We asked and paid more for beach views and we were on the 14th floor looking between other hotels to the beach. Although the room was on the... More

Thank you very much for your recent review of your stay with us! It's good to know your overall visit met your expectations. Having no resort fee at the Parc is certainly a popular feature for us, and it is good to know that you also enjoyed having convenient access to the laundry room and pool. Happy to hear the... More

Very clean, great location, free wifi and no extras charges ( because there are limited extras), pool only 3 feet deep, super windy, no drinks. Bar expensive, restaurant upmarket Japanese. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Concierge always helpful. Very disappointed in the lack of a real pool/cafe. which is kind of missed in the advertising.

Location of this hotel is very good and very central at the Waikiki Beach. It is NOT on the water, it is in a second row from the water. The lobby and the rooms are quite dated. Super fast elevators. The funkiest, if not to say worst, pool somewhere high at the roof top... over parking garage maybe?.. We could... More

We traveled in February 2016 with our best friends to celebrate their 40th Anniversary. The Waikiki Parc's location was great; right in the center of Waikiki, and just steps away from restaurants and shops (especially the ABC store - great for anything you need). Our rooms were quiet and comfortable; we had mountain views, lots of fresh air. The breakfast... More

We were taken short by a medical problem and had to extend our stay, this hotel was extremely helpful in finding a room at short notice and looked after dad and I really well. The room cleaners were lovely and nothing was a problem. The location is close to everything and the rooms well set out with comfortable beds, I... More

This hotel is within short walking distance to everything! The staff were always extremely friendly & helpful. The room was a bit small & dated but I've heard they're completely renovating the hotel in 2017 anyway. Great value for money & the $100+ credit you get can be used for meals or beach activities & there's no resort fee like... More

We stayed in this hotel for a few days at the end of a multi-island tour. This was more akin to a business hotel in its decor and its presentation. The room had a large bed, desk, free wireless, safe and a balcony. It was kept very clean and was very comfortable. The hotel is a 1 minute walk from... More

Arrived mid afternoon and check in took minutes, the staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms although not large were adequate and the bed was comfortable. We were on the 17th Floor with a sea view which was stunning. The breakfast package was well worth while, the food was good, the staff were friendly and offered advice on the trips... More
