We liked the Maile tower better because the room was MUCH bigger. One negative was that on the eighth floor we could hear quite a bit of noise from the air conditioners. The balcony in the Ilima tower 10th floor was quieter and view was nice. I guess it depends upon whether you will be spending time on the balcony or if you need more space in the room. We were family of four and liked the larger room.
