We are retired military and we're able to sponsor our family so they could share this great hotel with us. We had a wonderful 2 days here before getting on our cruise ship. We had a garden view room but could still see the ocean. I figured we didn't need an ocean view room because we were going on a...

We really enjoyed the Hale Koa. I especially liked the balcony in the early morning as I adjusted to the time zone change. The room was nice. We loved the beach, rented chairs and an umbrella one day when we planned to be there a couple hours. Also enjoyed the 2 pools, Bibas restaurant and the beach bar. The location...

What a beautiful hotel. We loved everything about it from the large, comfortable room to the wonderful ocean-side bar to the delicious breakfast buffet. Only negative at all was that no one offered to take our bags to the room after a very long flight. Otherwise, perfection.

This place was pretty amazing! Excellent location! Great deal on beach rentals from chairs to paddle boards to kayaks and more! I was impressed with the room, the balcony, maid service, bellhop and front desk. I wasn't impressed with the cheap, very scratchy toilet paper & tissues. Next time, we will buy some quality paper bathroom products to use. That's...

We traveled as a group of 23 April 5th had vacation of a lifetime no complaints from anyone. Food was excellent, service staff was attentive. The rooms were very clean and attractive, the open air lobby was very relaxing with a mild breeze constantly. We will definitely be returning at some point Mahalo to Hale Koa

This was our first stay at the Hale Koa. My dad is retired and he and my mom sponsored our family. The amenities were great. The on site Exchange was available to sponsored guests (we got our own id cards for the stay). The only items that couldn't be purchased by non-military were some Class VI items (alcohol and cigarettes)....

My girlfriend and I planned a last minute getaway and left the husbands and kids at home and spent 3 days at the Hale Koa. I was incredibly grateful to her for coordinating and booking our trip - and what a deal!!! You can't stay on the beach anywhere in Hawaii for these rates. That being said, the rooms were...
