We stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of Nov05. Our package included a free upgrade to a standard kitchenette which would have had 2 single beds and a microwave. We decided to pay an extra $20 per night to upgrade to a better kitchenette with a cooktop. We dined in every night! Having read other reviews where people...

My mum and I stayed at the Ohana Maile Sky in September 05 and we had an excellent stay (excellent package deal). The hotel is very clean. I agree the rooms are small, but you spend so much time outside shopping, eating and sightseeing that you are only at the hotel to sleep. The staff are friendly, although the check-in...

I got an excellent deal at this hotel [$51 per night] through hotwire for my 13 night stay [2.5 star central waikiki hotel]. My standard room on the 6th floor was clean and had all the amenities that I required including a fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board as well as a complimentary local daily newspaper. The location of the...

When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff wasn't friendly and had a hard time to communicate with us in proper hotel staff manner. She was easily confused. We got a kitchenette room with queen size bed on 16th floor. Everything was clean and organized. Nice view, mostly city view and some ocean. Bathroom is quite small but...

My husband and I stayed at the Ohana Maile Sky Court, October 17-22, 05. I have to say that I was a little nervous about staying there especially after reading some negative reviews on this site. I figured that we got such a good deal on the room that I would give it a try. The staff was helpful and...

if you are looking for a resort like hotel...this place is obviously not it. if you're like me and are only in the room to sleep and shower and you plan to spend most of your days exploring Oahu beyond Waikiki then this place is well worth the money. It's decent sized and clean. My friends and I were there...

We spent our second vacation on Hawaii in the OHANA Maile Sky Court in Honolulu. We got a clean room with cityview and everything looked great. After a few nights we woke up with red spots on our body, caused by a bug-attack. We asked an employee at the frontdesk what to do about this and we could heardly believe...

My new wife & I arrived in Hawaii (02.08.05-22.08.05) after along delayed flight; we were greeted at the hotel with smiling faces. They explained what was already was already paid for. Anything in the rooms like safe or phones is an extra charge. But they went on to say that there is payphone in the lobby. They have different company...

Nice hotel especially for the money paid. Room I stayed in was $89. Small room but great room and very clean. Great location on the edge of Wakikki (about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main beach) but still plenty of activity around the hotel and conveniently right on the bus line. Excellent staff from front desk to...

Maybe I'm a little blinded because we didn't even have a hotel when we arrived in Hawaii or that we only paid $89 per night for the time we stayed there, but this hotel wasn't bad at all. It was very basic. Only the view was really worth remembering, as either side of the hotel will give you great views...
