We stayed here overnight, to catch a morning plane. The top floor room, was tiny, with a small queen bed pushed against 1wall and a 12 to 18 inch space to get out the other side. Window air conditioning unit is 18 inches from the head of the bed. No chair. The building air unit rumbled and vibrated all night....

Stayed 2 weeks in February 2017. Our room was clean c/w queen bed, mini fridge, microwave, single cup coffee maker c/w free coffee each day, iron, ironing board, blow dryer. Tub/shower combo c/w shampoo and body wash supplied. Room is desperately in need of a dresser to store clothes. Basically lived out of suitcases. Had a balcony but no chairs....

I really don't understand the negative reviews about this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with our experience! Check-in was quick and easy, and our room was spacious and clean. My only issue was the the air conditioner was right next to the bed, so the person sleeping on that side got blasted with cold air. But I just flipped around...

We stayed here for 2 nights in Waikiki. It is more like a slightly higher standard of a hostel. The whole property has a hostel vibe. The rooms are very basic and the furniture is a little out of date. However it is in a good location just one block back from the beach. The staff didn't really know what...

Aloha JessMTATravel, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. As you pointed out, we are a perfect choice for travelers on the go who are on a modest budget. Our parking is actually $25 per night, however, this rate also includes in and out privileges. Thank you for having patience with our new team, who are excited...

Our room was small. Very small. But it was clean and so close to the beach! The stops for tours are nearby as well (if they don't come directly to the hotel). Staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was free but constantly cut out in our room - made it tricky to book things online. We did have a microwave...

Aloha Danielle2468, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It sounds like your visit was during our wifi upgrade, which did result in intermittent outages in order to calibrate our system accordingly. We are hearing many positive reports from our guests regarding our new upgrade, and we're excited to know that this previous inconvenience seems to have...

If you are looking for hostel style accommodation then stay here. If you are after somewhere to actually get some sleep and spend a little time in the room chilling out then this is not the place. It was noisy and old. Just a query - why is the towel rack above the toilet when there is plenty of other...

I booked for 6 nights at this hotel due to its close proximity to the beach and its reasonable nightly rates. As I checked in, I was given the password for the internet access. When I opened the door, the room has 2 beds, no desk, no chair, no luggage rack and a tiny closet maybe 5 hangers for your...

Aloha L R, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. While I am very sorry that our wifi connection was intermittent during your vist (due to an on-going system upgrade), I am glad that you did find enough value in our property, our people, and our location to consider another visit at a future time. Regarding your...

Stayed here for 10 days. The staff were very welcoming and informative. However, for the entire duration of our stay, only the wifi in the lobby worked. This was very inconvenient for us as we had to come downstairs in order to use wifi. After a few days, we gave up and bought an extra sim card with data roaming...

Aloha Angela C, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. I look forward to the day when our intermittent wifi woes is a moot point, and thankfully, that day is coming soon. Our IT Manager is on site for the next few weeks with the sole purpose of working to update our wifi system. In...

I read some of the reviews of this hotel after I made the reservation. So I was a little concerned since I read some bad reviews. But was, pleasantly surprised. The staff was wonderful, it was clean, close to the beach, stores and restaurants. It does have slat windows which is wonderful for letting in the fresh air, but it...
