To be honest I wasn't sure what to expect as I previously stayed and Embassy Suites and loved it. Chose Hyatt Regency as I got a great deal and rooms larger than most other places. The location was great, right across from the beach! I paid a little extra for an ocean front room which didn't disappoint. Two adults and...

The best part about the hotel is the location. We had a very nice view of Waikiki. That said, everything else, felt like a 3 star hotel. The room was okay, kind of dated. The service? well, you barely see any staff around because the hotel is so huge and mixed in with so many stores. We felt like we...

My family and I stayed here from Dec. 20 - 27 in 2016. Even before we got there, the level of service and attention we received from their staff was incredible. Lisa Verkerke, their Reservations Manager, personally helped us out and made sure that my family and I (me, my wife and 4 kids all under 6) were guaranteed (to...

Hyatt overlooks Waikiki (Kuhio area to be specific). You do have to cross the road, but the view is unobstructed to the front and left. To the right, other hotels are in the way. We were on a high floor 34 and sometimes elevators were a wait, but not horrible. Breakfast buffet is expensive for what you get - figure...

We stayed in 2809, Ewa tower, it had a nice ocean view and the nightly rate reflected it. Disappointing was the lobby area which barely had a few chairs and the check-in desk is on the 2nd floor. The ground floor was basically a mini mall. It was a pain to go through all that with a baby in a...

This is a beautiful hotel. Our travel agent, Mindy Sly from Beach Bum Vacations picked a beautiful location. The hotel is open and very spacious. The bottom floor has shops and is open to Waikiki. The beach is actually across the street. You can get towels and chairs from the hotel and head over. We were there the week of...
