Wow....this hotel is absolutely amazing!! We stayed here for 7 nights for the second part of our honeymoon after spending 3 nights in San Fransisco, the people are so friendly & can't do enough for you, the food choices at breakfast seemed to be never ending & the local sparrows are very friendly!! We were upgraded to an ocean front...

Have just come back from a week staying at the Hyatt Waikiki and cannot wait to go back! We stayed in the Diamond Head tower on the 9th floor and had a lovely view of the beach. Our room (963) was very large and the bed was soooooo comfy. Spent a lot of time on the balcony just watching the...

Located right across the street from Waikiki Beach, this hotel has everything. A beautiful view, comfortable rooms, updated lobby, and access to the heart of Waikiki. It doesn't get much better than this.

This was our first time in this hotel chain. Overall experience was fair. Large room although very sparsely furnished with woefully inadequate drawer and wardrobe space so spent 5 days living mostly out of suitcases. Situated on the 11th floor so street noise could be intrusive although, in fairness, it didn't bother us. Room and hotel clean but in need...

We have shared your comments regarding the room upgrade with the front desk and the breakfast issues with our Food and Beverage director. We recently stayed at this charming if slightly dated Central Waikiki hotel. The room was great and although we were not in an ocean facing room we still had views of the beach and ocean. Service was excellent and although the room safe was not working, it was fixed within 15 minutes of being reported. Bravo! The spa facilities are...

Perhaps my expectations were too high. I had booked an ocean front view (it turned out to be of the tourist strip and a side view of the ocean), the room was large but outdated. That was fine as the front desk clerk warned us of that. On our first night we had a fly problem in the sink, the...

We stayed here in September of 2012, and we had a great stay, so we were excited to return for a visit this time around. We booked a Deluxe Ocean View room for our first four nights, and our final night was booked as a city view room (free night with Gold Passport points.) About a week before our arrival,...

The hotel room was clean, spacious but generally tired. The pool area was very basic and not much bigger than normal domestic pool. The staff were friendly enough but overly well trained. Got very confused if anything had to change. Good location,. Breakfast buffet average and lacked a lot of variety. My biggest complaint was wifi charges and resort charges...
