Hotels here are very expensive so this was a good option Great place to stay. Very central. Clean room Breakfast options very ordinary however lots of cafes etc to choose from nearby. Staff very helpful

Our experience at the hotel was fantastic! Staff were friendly and accommodating. They could not do enough to help. The room was very nice and tidy and the bathroom well looked after and clean. The filtered water available to all guests was just what was needed on a hot day.

We were very disappointed, stayed here for 4 nights. So very NOISY. We were in room 907. Facing a compartment block and main road. At 4/5 o'clock every morning the traffic and garbage truck would start up. So must for a peaceful rest. The best thing about this hotel was the location. 1 block from the beach and shopping centres. The inside of the Hotel is very dated but clean. Breakfast was different, hard cold boiled eggs!! You could cook your own waffles and have cream, fruit and maple spread. Mr Parks in the breakfast room could do with some personally, at least smile and make people feel welcome in there hotel. Leo the porter went over and beyound with his help for us! Thanks for the memories!

Enjoyed stay. Microwave in rooms would be a plus, breakfast was delicious but more waffle makers and could be spread out to avoid congestion. Eggs and pastries great but could be placed elsewhere for easy access for waffle line.

Hotel is old and not in the best of shape. Beds were not super comfy and the area was loud at night. The air conditioner worked off and on but we never found a consistent temperature. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. It does not have its value as its price. First of all, they will need to re-train their hotel crews to provide appropriate service. Check-in takes a very long time and they copy each customer's ID. Any other hotel in the area did not ask its copy. In addition, the server for the breakfast is very rude and not helpful. Cleaning the serving table is their role, not a customer's role. The hotel room is pretty OK, but I can see garbage on the outside deck. the shower room is very tight. I stayed in 4 other hotels while I stay in Hawaii and it was my worst hotel experience.

Before my check-in, I booked one night thru my Korean Air mileage and two nights with my personal expenses and I got those bookings were connected as my name and same room. But when I arrived and tried to check in, there were lots of questions and requests for my booking. I never experienced this before. As we are in digitally connected, please use the system, so that guests can enjoy the seamless experiences. Your front desk probably uses very disconnected system with Koreanair.com's mileage system
