My wife and I stayed at Waikiki Resort last minute and it was great. One of the best locations as close to the "strip" as you can get. Walked to everything. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to going back.

This hotel is in a perfect location. You don't need to catch a cab to get to any of the local activities, everything is in walking distance. I must say the best thing about this hotel is the customer service! From the first telephone call to our last evening, each representative from the front desk, to housekeeping and maintenance was...

Our staff, particularly George, Brandon, Susie and Coco were so happy to read of your review. Thank you for recognizing them. Our location is often most cited by our repeat guests but they all tell me that our staff is just as, if not more, an important element. We appreciate your ongoing patronage and look forward to having you back...

Great location, nice room, no complaints in that respect. Declared party of six when booking made, in two rooms, only four vouchers for breakfast which is frustrating and was then charged for a cup of tea and piece of toast, despite four of the party not drinking tea within their voucher allowance.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We regret the confusion you encountered at breakfast and as a result, we will be altering our policy moving forward with respect to including breakfast for the third person as part of the third person fee. We certainly hope we have the opportunity of serving you again when you return to beautiful...

The hotel is in need of an upgrade, it is looking a bit old and tired. At night it was difficult to sleep from the noise of trucks and what sounded like construction. The staff were attentive, but I will not return.

We appreciate your comments on hotel condition, made more pronounced by year round 90+ percent occupancies for 4 years running now. We value guest satisfaction and as such do plan to make improvements this year, as are our neighboring hotels which explains some of the construction noise you alluded to. We'd love to have you back once these upgrades are...

Overall the hotel is very good. The hotel location, cleanliness, money for value, amenities, etc. are very good. The Internet access should be included as standard. The coffee and tea should be upgraded.

As we are travel agents that send you lot of people through our tour operator, we expected a better checking out.. We asked for a day use and first it was possibile paying half day rate, then it was fully booked, then it was possible to stay but paying the whole amount of 180 dollars per night (in Maui we...

The staff and management were fantastic, the property is in sad shape, rooms are minute. 2 bed rooms are comically small and the street noise is deafening even 10 floors up. It is in easy walking distance of the beach.

We regret that you didn't find value on your recent stay. Our guest room size are no less than the typical guest room in Waikiki, and there's not much we can do to change that. However we do acknowledge the need to make improvements after 7 years since our last upgrade and pending ownership approval, plan to re-freshen our product...

While we're pleased you found our staff "friendly," we're sorry to read of your issue of rest whether related to noise and/or bed comfort. We continue to monitor the issue of noise and as such, are exploring the feasibility of replacing all of our lanai doors. As for bed comfort, over the past year we have replaced up to 80%...
