Arrived exhausted, no porter for bags, into room and was disgusted by not just torn curtains but shredded, 2 single beds (we are married), mouldy bathroom painted over, stained and dated furniture. Paid 230 Australian not including taxes thus asked to be moved to a more suitable room with a queen bed, also asking for porter. Staff arrived took our...

Stayed in a one bedroom unit with our children (21, 16, 14, 5) for three nights. One bedroom unit had a full kitchen, two queen beds in bedroom, one bathroom which had to be accessed through the bedroom, living room had a sofa sleeper, and we also requested a rollaway twin bed. We prefer staying in units with kitchens over...

Stayed with two friends in early October. I have to say even though lots of reviews state how dated the place is, I have to say I actually loved the building. And yes the building is very dated, very seventies, however the aircon worked fine and didn't make a noise, stayed on 33rd floor in tower 2 and the mountain...

We arrived on a Monday, had a note slipped under the door saying water would be turned off Tuesday between 9am and 4pm for repairs, got to be kidding right? said something to front desk, he looked at his computer, and said yes water would be off, we let that go, next week it happened again, but this time they...

Stayed at Banyan with family of 4 and inlaws in another unit. Booked trough Hello Relaxation. Both rooms were very dated, very, basic. No kettle in our room or desert spoons, with inlaws having 2 kettles and no forks. 2 glasses only for a family of 4. Very little to cook with as in pots, pans etc. Couch ripped and...

It was a clean and quite hotel. It has the amenities that works well for my family vacation. Swimming pool was not that big but my children enjoyed it. It also has 2 hot tubs, which was nice. It also has a playground for toddlers, which was nice if you have young children. It has tennis court and a basketball...

Our little one bedroom apartment was really discusting. The carpets had not been cleaned in a long time, mold on the walls, refrigerator, and bathroom. The kitchen cabinet came off the hinge when I opened it. The pictures fell off the walls and we're just tucked behind the dresser. The faucet in the tub was Brocken. After two days we...
