I just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel. We were pleased with all aspects of our stay, except for the obvious lack of recycling. Overfilled garbage bins stuffed with garbage and many many empty water bottles disgusted me. The staff seemed plentiful, why not instead of an elevator assistant, create a position to collect recycling, take the bottles...

Aloha and thank you for your review! We sincerely appreciate your staying with us, and hope to serve you again in the near future. Just to let you know, we recycle cans, bottles, and plastic bottles. Our Housekeeping Department does a terrific job of filtering our discards and we send them out to a recycling company, which makes sure that...

This is my second stay at the Aston Waikiki Beach. I absolutely love the location on the Diamond Head end of Waikiki -- it's quieter and less overwhelming than other spots, plus has easy access to a great park for morning runs, less crowded beaches, etc. I opted for an ocean-front room, which was simply breathtaking and a great place...

Aloha and thank you for taking the time to write a review of the hotel. We also sincerely appreciate your staying with us for more than one vacation. I wanted to let you know that we are currently working on a project to improve our wifi, recognizing that technology is taking us away from traditional connections and toward a wireless...

I've stayed in several Waikiki hotels and the Aston Waikiki Beach is the best for the price. The location is on the Diamond Head side of Wakiki right across from the beach. It is close to all of the restaurants, shopping and activities in Waikiki and we were able to walk everywhere. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious...

Aloha and thank you for the great review! I am happy that you enjoyed the Staff and pleased to see your praise for the Amenity Fee, which includes unlimited DVDs and games, high-speed internet, safe usage, toll-free usage and local calls. Its a great value, I agree! We look forward to your return! Mark Demello General Manager

Aston Waikiki was a great place to stay on our trip to hawaii! right on the strip, only minutes walk to the great restaurants, shops, zoo and beach! Free breakfast was nice ( bit tired of eating pastries and yogurts after 2 weeks ) so had breakfast out for the last couple of days! would highly recommend.

Aloha and thank you for your review. We sincerely appreciate your staying with us and hope you will visit us again in the near future. When people ask me about Waikiki and how it compares to some other areas, I like to describe us as a Metropolitan resort. We have the action and energy, without the city madness. We also...

At the Diamond Head end of Waikiki and close to everything the hotel is a bit tired but clean and the staff was very helpful. The various trams stop here and it is on the pick-up list for most tours and activities. I would stay here again because of the price and proximiy to the beach.

We had a nice view of Waikiki Beach from our ocean view room and the location was good. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the security gentleman. The rooms were pretty small, but it worked for our family of 7. I think it's best for families, but I would choose a different hotel if...

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we were pleased with this hotel. It was at the beach, the breakfast was great and there are a lot of places to eat such as McDonalds,Burger King and Subway nearby plus the normal upper scale eateries. The waitstaff was very helpful when we needed infro. Noise was low on 19th floor...

After much reading of reviews mostly good we chose the Aston Waikiki Beach hotel. I enjoyed the location and the price compared to the other hotels I have stayed in before. Yes it is not a 5 star but I wasn't looking for one either. We had a partial ocean view room that was small for 3 adults and a...

Aloha and thank you for taking the time out to review our hotel! Just wanted to comment that the Diamond Head side balconies are standing, versus the Waikiki side balconies which are larger. That being said, the Diamond Head side is preferred by a lot of guests as the view is pristine, the in-room size is larger, and generally speaking...

Three night stay was reasonably priced-generous breakfast with to-go bag saved us eating out one meal a day. Patio tiny, tiny but looked out at Diamondhead where the sun rose in the morning-beautiful! Could walk out on patio to see the ocean. Valets incredibly helpful and courteous. 22nd floor-no night noise at all and very well maintained. 12 year old...
