The Big Surf is an older building, but it makes up for it with the view. On the top floor you have a great view of the beach and ocean. Old style slat windows were great touch to keeping it close to what it was life when it was new. The furniture is on the sparse side. The staff was...

My brother-in-law booked this condo for its central location and affordable price. Unfortunately those are the only pros to renting from this building. The building itself is very old and run down and our suite was in a similarly poor condition. My room had some sketchy dried brown stain on it that looked like either dried food or feces. Because...

These condos are individually owned and rented out. Overall the building is very poorly maintained. Our unit, 1105, was just OK. On the positive side, there were plenty of towels....er, that's about it! The unit was not clean, the kitchen was lacking in resources, eg only two glasses, the shower is awful (despite being recently renovated) and the whole place...

We used this 1BR/1BA condo as our base camp for 7 days while we stayed in Oahu. We knew this wouldnt be one of those luxurious places so dont expect that when you stay here. We had activities planned throughout the week and we just needed a place to rest our heads at night and shower. The condo had a...

Unfortunately this hotel is in a bad state of disrepair. Our room did not have air conditioning..so it got really stuffy and uncomfortable. The bedding was terrible with stains and holes in the sheets. It was obvious our room had not been cleaned in a long time. Our shower was dirty enough that we had to wear our sandals to...

We recently stayed in Apt 1401 at a cost of US$365 per night, for 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this sounds reasonable. Well its not! There was very little hot water only for about 2 minutes if you were lucky. We had no blankets and had to buy some, left receipts to be reimbursed, but no luck with that. The...
