Great service from the outside! Room in the tapa tower a little dated and in need of updating. Problem with room so front desk upgraded us to the rainbow tower. Much newer rooms with a great view of the pools and the lagoon! Free fireworks show Friday nights viewable from the beach and lots of choice for food and drinks!

Beautiful location, gardens and the whole village is well set out. Because it is the Hilton, lots of activities that are not included like paddle board is a bit pricey. For example, paddle board hire for 1 hour is $40. which is used within the lagoon. Safe for the kids which is a plus. As a Hilton guest, you can...

Aloha Filo_at_oz, Mahalo for staying with us at Hilton Hawaiian Village. Thank you for your wonderful comments about our resort and location. We are glad you enjoyed the elevated experience of the The Ali'i with its added benefits such as private check-in, pool, and fitness center. While some of the activities may be at a cost, the prices are similar...

My family traveled for spring break to Oahu. Spent seven days with a few days spent at beach and pools, also a few days spent site seeing and hiking. The beaches in Waikiki weren't the best, rocky, unless you use the hotel lagoon or the sectioned off part of the beach immediately adjacent to the hotel. There were plenty of...

When you first walk in you are overwhelmed by the wonderful smell of the lobby! The rooms are clean and plush. The staff is wonderful, especially Jackie at the front desk. I loved the private pool and Mix bar!

We are owners in the Time Share portion of HGVC, and we love it. The rooms are very nicely appointed, with all of the amenities usually found in a condominium. There are regular hotel rooms in Hilton Hawaiian Village, and I used to stay there when on business in Honolulu. We liked it so much, we bought a timeshare, and...

Not a great place for adults, caters much more to families. If it had not been for the ABC stores we would not have been able to eat much as the Hilton restaurants were very expensive (i.e. Cheeseburger $26.

Feels like building maintenance has gone done. There was a patch of sand outside the lift for three days, marks on the wall, the lift system backs up when it gets busy it can take 15-25 minutes to get up or down. The view out the rainbow tower is great. They try to over charge you for everything. Paddle boards...

From the moment we drove up, the people were so nice and helpful. Ron met us as we drove up, helped us with our bags and suggested that one of us park the car while the other waited in line for check-in. What a good idea! It did take a while to get to the check in desk, but once...

Location was great, everything else very average. Room was very average, view was great. I wouldn't go back to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort, the place is huge and I don't think they give you personal service.

So, I am all about cute, boutique hotels or smaller city hotels, mainly because I like to keep to myself so, I was not expecting much when I booked Hilton Hawaiian Village. I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed with my husband and our two friends had another room, too. We all stayed in the Tapa Tower which had pretty spacious...
