I would like to note that I am a Hilton Honors member with good status before telling what happened. We booked a room through a sale online, where when we pressed confirm, it said it went through but they were having troubles with their system and to try back later. When I went back (right away), prices had almost doubled...

This hotel is reasonable with some decent pools and an inbuilt lagoon with many shops close by but we rated only average due to the very expensive charges of hotel extras. For example $47/hr for the paddle boats and $9 shaved ice which is extremely expensive even by hotel standards. Furthermore there are signs saying that you can't bring your...

Location is great but check in service was slow for no reason and wifi connection was slow and spotty in the room. Room was nice but felt bit old and could use more repairs and new furnitures. Food was great but usually busy. Hotel is very good in its location but as for all other services, it is disappointing.

We bought share 7 years ago and since then we didn't have the chance to come and visit but enjoyed the benefits when we went to Melbourne staying at Hilton Hotel. Now, we decided to visit and enjoyed everything from the service, facilities, location and foods + fireworks event on Friday. We stayed 7 nights & 8 days and hope...

I am writing a review not in the usual vein, but from a purely humanist perspective. While staying at this resort, my husband became quite ill. The hotel immediately sent a bell man to our room who brought him over to the doctors office across the street. He was transited to the hospital and admitted to the ICU. This all...

Very nice room with a gorgeous view of Diamondhead and the ocean. Room is beautiful enough.for the price.. Very loud music so that you could not hear the water but balcony doors blocked the noice.Front desk staff, concierge, housekeeping were very friendly.

Hilton Hawaiian Village is an excellent place to stay if you do not plan on wandering far from this self contained lodging dinning and entertainment area. It is quite a walk from the main shopping and outside restaurant area. For the cost the accommodations are average. We booked an ocean view room at a greater expense. What we did not...

The hotel was nice, but is in need of a face lift. the rooms were a little dated, and the mattress was fairly uncomfortable. One plus to the Hilton was their pools are open later than most other resorts, 10pm.
