As an Australian Travel Agent, I am very fortunate to travel and stay at 5* locations and Hotels. However my choice for the annual R&R trip, is to return to Honolulu and without hesitation, to stay at the AQUA BAMBOO & SPA. Why, you might ask when also available are the 5* Starwood Hotels, the Outrigger Hotels, and many other...

this was our first time in Hawaii . This hotel was reccomended by our travel agent . We read other reviews before going and we were concerned about negotive commends about the high noise level. But I didn't have any problems , we were on the 5 th floor facing the road. All the other hotels I'm sure would have...

If you want a clean, comfortable hotel that doesn't blow the budget then the Aqua Bamboo is ideal. The bed was sufficient to get a good nights sleep. The shower was really trickey to work out - a brief explanation by a staff member would have made things easier. The 'continental breakfast ' of a muffin and pastry is not exactly continental in...

Stayed here 6 nights, good location only 2 blocks to beach, but close to International marketplace and other shops. Close to plenty of good eating establishments, lovely Diner around the corner, excellent place on the corner for booking tours called Tours 4 less, wish we would have left booking all our tours to Bernadette. charged too much for tours in...

To be fair, I was asked to write a review by Aqua Resorts upon my departure, so here goes: I did my months of research on hotels and prices for each and decided to stay at Aqua Bamboo & Spa because the prices were good and the rating here was impressive. However, when I arrived in Waikiki, I was disappointed...

The room was very spacious and clean, I loved going out on the balcony. Beach towels, chairs and mats were provided. Ice water, fresh coffee and fresh apples were always available in the lobby. Everyone was very helpful when asked about directions or booking sight seeing trips.

I love this hotel. I stay there almost every month. Twice a year I bring a Sierra Club group to Hawaii to hike, snorkel and try surfing. I've always gotten excellent feedback about the choice of our hotel from the participants. I'll be back in June, July, August and again in September with my next Sierra Club group.

We stayed at the Aqua Bamboo & Spa for 5 nights. The hotel is only two blocks away from the beach. Had a lovely room with a pool view, quiet, charming and pleasant. There was also a comfortable bed, a clean shower & a kitchenette. Pool was excellent, even with occupancy of 85% there were few people down by the...

For being a small boutique hotel, this little gem can be overlooked, by the mass hotels in the area. If you want a place where, the staff is absolutly delightful and helpful and are visiting on a budget this is the place to be. The Kitchenettes are decent and the location is so perfect you couldn't ask for anything more....
