Better take the ocean view room.
There are some free activities which are including resort fee.
Small room and old furnitures.
Exe lounge has also wonderful view but food n beverages are very poor.
Definitely need some improvement.

We liked the hotel, but it feels like Vegas: lots of people, shops and restaurants! The room was nice, but a little on the small side. One frustration was with the elevators, they were always full so you had to wait for a few before...More

I wasn’t aware there is another breakfast area. When I went it’s only the Club Lounge at Leahi which serves a buffet style and they change it up. (Eggs, ham, salad, fruits, etc). Premium wine is an additional charge. If you are a Platinum member it’s included but only for 2 guests. If you bring in additional people which I have done it was $30. (Rates can change though)
If cost is relatively similar I would go with the club room because you can just go have breakfast, light snacks and a light dinner there. Plus the views are amazing. Friday nights there are fireworks you can see.
