Pacific Beach has just been refurbed 3 weeks ago and its lovely ! Great staff at reception terrific room attendants loved it and will be back! Pool is not open as yet but they have an arrangement with The Hilton and you can use theirs! This didn't bother us when you have the best pool over the road!

The Hotel is been remodel, it has new rooms, nicely done. There are 2 towers with partial beach views and amazing views to the mountains. We got a room on the 35 floor with a balcony partial view of Waikiki beach and views of the city and mountains. Great locations, just around the corner from the beach, great restaurants, stores,...

Booked here as a package knowing about the ongoing construction. Even on a package they charge additional "amenity charge" of 20 USD which was not mentioned anywhere. In my eyes a rip-off. The booked room was renovated. However toilet and shower (one very small room) is tiny. The room is very noisy and even in the 30th floor we had...

Aloha Bixier G, I am very sorry to learn that your stay with us was less than satisfactory. I wonder which package you have booked as typically our amenity fee is listed on their website. If you don't mind please kindly email me at engo@pacificbeachhotel.com so we could address to our travel partners accordingly for our future guests. We regret...

Room was newly renovated but small. Had to ask for towels in room. Pool was CLOSED as under construction. No bargain price for amenities not in use. 2 nights $600.00. Breakfast was extra. Staff were UN accommodating. Not friendly at all. Had to ask for bags to be taken to,room. Would not advise anyone to,stay in this hotel. Position too,far...

Last November I booked a Partial ocean view room with 2 queen beds. At registration I told them we did not need two beds as our grandson was not able to visit us during our 3 week stay. Sina was very helpful, checking to see if there was a king room instead. Since there were no king rooms she offered...

I just stayed at the Pacific Beach Hotel. It is currently under renovation (the pool, restaurant and lobby). However, all the rooms in the oceanfront/beach tower have been completely renovation and they are awesome. I had an oceanfront room and really, if you are going to Hawaii - it is the way to go! I would just chill out on...

It is true that the hotel is under construction, which has a few inconveniences, such as slow elevators and some construction noise during the day. But, the staff was great, I had a nice view, the bed and room were new and comfy, and I really liked the location. I traveled on business but am planning on bringing the family...

I understand the hotel is under renovations, hence the reduced rate. Room was nicely decorated and view was fantastic (ocean and diamond head). Slight inconveniences cause of renovations were more than tolerable, but 5 minute waits for elevators is not acceptable. Wifi is horrible, could not go more than 10 minutes without loss of contact, had to call their support...

We booked on the hotel's website where it is very apparent the hotel is under renovation. It's why the rooms are such a bargain. Our room was a newly renovated room. We stayed in Room 3260 for the first few days which was a double queen room. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out. The views were amazing....

We stayed here with our 2 teenage children. The room was big enough and the facilities in the room were good. Our balcony room overlooked the beach and the hotel was in great walking distance for everything. If we return to Honolulu, we will be booking this hotel again. Look for the giant fish tank!!!
