A few minor room quirks but great people, and an excellent location. This hotel could benefit from a little increased maintenance but the people and location more than make up for the minor defects in it.

The hotel was very convenient to Waikiki Beach, shops, transport and restaurants and good value for money. However, the rooms need a facelift. Also, our room was very noisy and had some plumbing problems.

The Waikiki Prince is in a great location in the middle of Waikiki steps from the beach and the main entertainment area. The rooms are basic but clean and the shower had good water pressure with plenty of hot water which is not what I found at similar hotels in Lahaina and Hilo. Staff were also very pleasant and held...

Stayed with my daughter for nine days. Walk to the Waikiki, shops. transport and plenty of restaurants. This is an older style hotel but adequate when you're out every day. Comfortable bed, air con, plenty of hot water and a small kitchenette. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place near everything in Waikiki. It's more like a motel than a hotel, but if you don't mind a view of other buildings, then this is the ideal place. It was good value, had reasonable facilities - good kitchen (if that's included), bathroom, flat-screen TV (with WAY too many channels) and nice balconies. We stayed in two different rooms,...

This hotel has no maid service except once during our week stay but I loved it. You don't have to worry about being gone so someone can clean your room. If you need clean towels, you just exchange them at the office. It is less than 2 blocks from the beach. It is a much older property but it is...

The room is dated as others have stated but very adequate. So close to the beach and shopping. Great farmer's market at King's Village Mon Wed Fri Sat 4-9 bought chinese food for dinner. The Pantry grocery store is a few blocks away for groceries and ABC stores are everywhere. Car rental beside the hotel too. The staff are great...

We stayed at the Waikiki prince for 10 nights when visiting Waikiki. It was everything we needed. Clean, comfortable room only 1 minutes walk to the beach and ideal location to shops and resturants, which were all in easy walking distance. It's not a luxury hotel, it's great for those who prefer to spend their money else where, like on...

Nothing fancy, but a nice place to sleep only 2 blocks from the beach. Staff were friendly and while one had to do a few things that are normally done by staff (ie one had to take towels to the lobby for clean ones), the price/value was reasonable. Unit was clean and comfortable and the AC was adequate. If one...
