Bunking down in a converted farmstead, surrounded by woodlands and vineyards yanks all my the appropriate pull-factors. Its not for everybody but suited us down to a tee. This is perfect harmony welded to sophisticated, rustic atmosphere... and provides the perfect base to explore this glorious area. The femme quipped " this is the real wild west of US winemaking...

Our second stay in the carriage house. Again everything was perfect. Mary is the innkeeper and chef as well as the customer service guru. The staff is welcoming and so helpful. They are so glad you are there and it shows. Mary's breakfasts are as creative and delicious as the presentation. The wine is really good. We bought several cases....

The Inn at Abeja is a beautiful property. We stayed in the Edison House for three nights. It gave us privacy, a view of the wild life in the area from our patio and a lovely accommodation. The breakfasts were the best and we especially enjoyed the Walla Walla onion quiche. All of the staff members my husband and I...

Come to Abeja to write the next great American novel, or... self-help book that recommends this place as a retreat. For such a tiny, sleepy wine town this is top notch, front page feature material for arch digest, wine spectator, etc. At least it should be, but then again, better to keep it between us. Attention to every detail here,...

We stayed in both the Summer Kitchen and the Edison House. Both were lovely for different reasons. The Summer Kitchen has a full kitchen. And lovey views from the bedroom on the second floor. There is also a balcony off the bedroom and a patio downstairs in front of the house. Unfortunately both of these areas had charming but very...

From now on this will be the only place we will stay when we are coming to walla walla Friendly staff, fantastic grounds, they will leave nothing open to make you feel like you are part of the Abeja family . Staying in the Edison room and wow, it is just fantastic and quiet on these 32plus acres Still here...

Especially if you are tall! There are two negatives to this cottage 1) ceiling heights in bedroom which is located upstairs on the second floor. I hit my head on the ceiling no less than a dozen times! This was due to peaked roof line of unit. 2) while not as critical as I visited Walla Walla to spend time...

Not a bad room in the facility. The country charm of each of the units is individually unique and spacious and comfortable. The grounds are incredible as is the staff and the breakfast and the wine tasting. This is an absolute have to when coming to this area.

Stayed for two nights while wine tasting in the area. We were in the Bunk House: cozy two room cottage but really well equipped. Enjoyed sitting on our porch with two glasses of Abeja wine next to the beautiful vineyard with perfect weather! The breakfast was astoundingly good! Wine tasting experience excellent. Service wonderful. If you like peace and quiet,...

This is our fourth stay at Abeja and each year it seems to get even better. From the rooms(which are totally wonderful), to the staff (who make you feel like family), to the breakfasts(which are honestly incomparable), ....not to mention that they make great wine. The setting is beautiful and the wineries in the area are abundant....have been to California...
